Pros (+) The view from this property is amazing and it’s right on the beach which is even better. They have a lot of beach related amenities including towels and chairs.
Cons (-) There are no TVs in the rooms, the weird hours of the front desk and housekeeping can be annoying, the pullout mattress in the sofa bed was stained.

Pros (+) Breakfast is nice (tons of fresh fruit), great beach access, well maintained facilities, quiet, family friendly.
Cons (-) No AC, paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors snore (or worse), a little light on amenities (no TV, Wifi is slow and flaky), cellphone signal is bad (AT&T) although that isn't their fault. They call themselves boutique, but i'd call them barebones.
