Pros:Nice staff convenient location
Cons:The bed linens were not fresh. I asked for housekeeping and they did not come.
Pros:The room was really roomy and clean. I love the mobile checkin and checkout and digital key. We went straight to our room when we got there and left without having to stop at the front desk once.
Cons:The bed sat on a metal frame. Every time we moved, we would hear a big thump as the bed resettled on the frame. We could hear the same thing happening in the rooms near us too. We would hear a thump coming through the walls or ceiling. The sheets on the bed did not fit properly and they kept pulling off of the mattress at the corners. Usually there is an assortment of pillows to choose from. Our bed had 6 pillows and they were all super soft and very uncomfortable.
Pros:The staff was wonderful and everything was clean. The main lobby and breakfast area were nice and typical of most Hampton Inns. The room did have a microwave and mini-fridge, which is always nice.
Cons:The rooms were not quite as nice as other Hampton Inns. Hopefully they will be updated soon. Or perhaps our 3rd floor room just hadn't been updated yet. The counters and tub surrounds were yellowed and older. There was a subtle smoke smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The wallpaper was also noticeably older than other Hampton Inns. Not enough to make a fuss or ask for a different room, but just not as nice as other Hampton Inn rooms we've stayed at.
Pros:Convenient location, staff very nice, internet ok
Cons:Décor dated, carpet old, does not have a fresh clean feel. Bed comforter had odor - had to have all bedding exchanged. Coffee and breakfast only fair
