Their resort fee is over priced for what they offer. Unfortunately for some states including Nevada smoking of cannabis is free to do in open spaces. This in concentrated areas puts others at risk of exposure.
My room was extremely haunted and I was scared the whole time. It was moving objects and even got on top of me when I was asleep. Never again!
Room was not too clean and it was frustrating that they did not advertise the mandatory resort fee.
Location was nice. At the end of the Strip.
When I arrived, the check-in person said the room I requested (one king bed) was not available and I would be put in a room with two twin beds instead. She said that if I paid $10 dollars more, I could be put in a remodeled room with one king bed. When I told her that I had reserved a king bed, she told me that was just a reservation for a general room. When I spoke to a manager and showed her the reservation I made, they were able to find me a room with a king bed (un-remodeled). The room was very outdated and dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor. People should not be charged extra to stay in a room that is up-to-date. There was also a parking fee and a fee to use the adult pool. The adult pool did not look any different from the regular pool, except it was empty (likely because nobody wanted to pay to use it). Will not recommend or stay here again.
That it was a castle which my kids love and close to the highway.
The room had no kid channels, no microwave, no small refrigerator, no free breakfast, and some of the stuff in my room was broken. We could have stay at hoilday inn for alot cheaper and had all these things. I wouldn't recommend anyone i know to stay here
bed was comfortable I like the handy location the shower was nice and large they must have taken out the tub and made it all shower which was nice
no USB ports in the lamps or outlets even though they said it had been updated 2 years ago
They had some decent fast food restaurants in the casino.
we killed 2 roaches in our took within 10 minutes of checking in! The room wreaked of smoke. They moved us to another room. The bed sheets were dirty, towels were stained and our shower was clogged!
Staff can use more specification
Transaction were fast
Lack of knowledge
Surprise charges after stay
The pools where closed and I had to go across to the MGM which was a pain in the ass. Also the Room didn’t have a fridge
Rooms were somewhat modern and clean Nice walk in shower Hotel was clean
ice machine was broken Hot water sometimes didn't work
Liked that it was family friendly.
