Buffet is good at a good price. Clean rooms.
Mediocre lobby facilities. Too far from the strip. Outdated.
Customer service was great, employees were very sweet n friendly.
I had roaches in my bed sheets .
Close to strip and outlet
No place for brreakfast
Low price, comfortable room. There are not a lot of bells and whistles, but the room perfectly met my needs. If I'd have wanted 5-star luxury, I'd have paid WAY more.
There was a little trouble with the door to the hotel section, but once I talked with the staff, it turned out to be a special method of swiping the card. Once again, not 5-star luxury, but not 5-star price either.
Decent hotel. Good price.
Value. Good room size.
Had to ask for bath towels, but they delivered promptly. Location a bit far from strip.
price, $1 margs
buffett sucked. no hot tub
The non smoking room smelled like a non-smoking room.
The security team was very active in the parking lot, which was good, but bad because they obviously realized they needed to be.
this place sucks never been to a hotel this bad
staff rude hotel a rat hole guest low class food sucked
Good place to stay, but not that close to the stri
Nice, all inclusive place, good rooms, good choices for eating.
Hidden "resort fee" (extortion fee). Nowhere when booking on KAYAK did it mention that this hotel participates in this hidden charge.
For $7.50 lunch buffet was surprisingly decent. Variety of restaurants. Close to North Vegas Airport
100 dollar deposit.
The price 14 bucks I could have been sleeping on cinder blocks and would have been cool with it for 14 bucks
I wish I was sleeping on cinder blocks their beds were like I'll put it to you this way I slept on pillows on the floor
This is the first time in all my years of travel and booking rooms that they charged for early check in. Thant's crazy.
The bufffet was excellent inselection and quality of food. It also was a good value. The personel were very friendly and efficient, the same applies to the front desk.
The carpets in the room was dirty.
clean, really good for the price, friendly staff, more positive points than negatives
The internet conection doesn't worked with the i phone and we needed help to figured out the problem with the conection with the laptop. The pool was not a highlight.
my family and I stay at this particular hotel because it was where my Grandma always played bingo and/or ate. She passed away recently and we were in Las Vegas for her funeral and so in memory of her, we all stayed at this hotel. Any other visit to this area, we stay at one of the major hotels on the strip. However, budget-wise and the fact that it does have all those things I just mentioned on the premesis, its really not too bad and would be a consideration if someone can't afford those other places.
Only that the beds seemed a bit on the narrow side and don't look as if 2 adults would both fit comfortably. Not to mention that although there is a bingo hall, ice rink, Denny's restaurant, McDonalds and casino on the premesis, they actually dont have any kind of room service.
Staff in general was outstanding, service was great. great value for the price....
Basic hotel but very clean and safe in the rooms. Not near the strip but good for north las vegas. Staff friendly. good in general.
The Malibu and Coke was good. friendly Bartenders.
No coffee maker in the room !
Price and convenient location.
Beds were not queen size as we'd been told they would be.
Everyone was very helpful, we had gone here because my friend was having back surgery. the front desk personnel were very concerned, and did everything we needed. housekeeping were very helpful also, will definately stay again if the need arises. thank you very much.
The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and the buffet value was incredible.
I had some difficulty with the air conditioner the first couple nights, but once I requested help, the staff resolved the problem.
