Arriving at the hotel from an adjoining car park with luggage to be told that they have no details of my booking and by the way were full. Then told later that they found the booking. Very stressful after travelling 270 miles!
Parking is expensive
Within walking distance of Leeds city centre. Friendly staff Nearby parking.
No option of vegetarian sausages for breakfast. TV remote didn't work properly. Replacement was better but still not fit for purpose. Soap dish in shower rusty, bathroom shabby. Range of beers in bar poor. Bottled quality English beers would be an attraction.
Nice hotel with vibrant and comfortable rooms. Great bathroom.
The breakfast area was a little disorganised with a fair amount of waiting period.
