My freshly cooked breakfast
Tiny bedroom. No facilities
Very easy to find and a very good location of the hotel. Good shopping nearby. Good atmosphere and nice events at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely excellent.
The staff who were very helpful and polite were the only saving grace about this hotel
Why is this hotel a 4* - the first room I had was dirty and out dated. The base of the bed was held together with gaffer tape the bathroom was mouldy. I changed rooms (only a single available) and the new room was cleaner but you had to be a contortionist to get into the shower - very bad design and would not have been easy for anyone who wasnt agile
When a basic twin room was not available I was upgraded free to a better class of room. It was very nice to have hotel staff be so helpful.
Everything. Could not fault anything and would definateley recommend to friends.
The bed was really comfy
Bathroom a bit small and shower could have been at opposite side of bath. The bedroom was very hot even with the window open
Noise caused by parties on two nights. Inadequate checkin process
Communal areas could have done with some more cleaning -
