breakfast was good although used baked bean spoon on the counter seemed just a little tacky ( very minor thing )
Shower floor could have been better - missing grout in the floor tiles could have looked nicer but again, a minor thing
Nice city centre location
Next room to ours on Wednesday night there was a gang of teenagers blasting out rap music and cursing very loudly. This keep on going throughout the night and my family could not sleep. After going down to reception they were warned but they keep on playing music loudly. I eventually had to go do to reception and ask for us to be moved to a different floor. We were moved but I had to go back to the old room take the sheets and pillow cases and make the beds so my children could sleep. This experience was very disappointing as my son had travelled from Ireland to attend the Leicester Riders summer camp and he was exhausted.
This time I do like my room because it was clean, even though it was hot, the room Air condition was in good condition .
The downside this time was that booking.com advertised the package as breakfast free hence the reason for rebooked the hotel unfortunately it was not , on getting to the hotel I was told I have to pay again for breakfast
An excellent hotel. Well situated in the city centre. Parking fee nearby is subsidised by the hotel when you leave. Very nice food menu and an appetising breakfast buffet with a large selection of food and drink. The hotel is very clean and spacious and the room we had was very clean and also spacious. On arrival we recieved a very nice welcome from the reception staff and that continued throughout our stay. Will definately book there again.
It would be very difficult to find anything we did'nt like.
Everything else besides the breakfast
The breakfast was a let down because of not the choice of food but more the quality of the food.and how it's prepared is poor
