Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the thermal baths and cable car, as well as the inclusion of spa and cable car access in the room rate. The breakfast buffet was frequently described as fresh, varied, and satisfying. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. The amenities, particularly the free access to the spa and cable car, were considered a significant advantage. Some guests mentioned dated rooms, minor maintenance issues, or noise, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
