The Location is quite central and the ease of finding it due to signs from the station. Close to beach and good restaurants. Good breakfast selection.
It was a little noisy in our room being on the side next to a driveway and it (along with most other hotels in central levanto) is close to the clock tower which has quite a loud chime every quarter hour from about 5am.
