Beds very comfortable, clean and stay very professional
Leisure centre tired looking
We've been upgraded for free to an executive suite so it was perfect. Nice people, great comfort, beautiful room and view, excellent restaurant for a decent price. Thanks again for the upgrade. A high recommendation.
If we have to nitpick: the spa is public so not as intimate as we would have wished (freaking kids). The toilet paper very thin, not up to the standard lf the rest of the hotel. Pillows get a bit hard after the night. All those are details for improvement, it was a great stay.
The whole experience. We got upgraded which made our stay very memorable
Bed was awesome! Shower was excellent. We ate the breakfast, which I enjoyed. The location was good-- we walked for about 15 minutes to get to the pub we wanted. Staff was nice and parking was REALLY easy.
Toilet basically fell apart while we were there.
Bed comfy. Spacious room. Fabulous view. Friendly staff
