Pros (+) Room was very nice. Get executive room if possible. We were placed on 7th floor which required key card access on the elevator, a nice touch. Very quiet. Would definitely visit again.

Cons (-) Loud drunk neighbors continued slamming doors into the AM.
Pros (+) Courteous staff.
Cons (-) Disappointed/shocked with the hotel upkeep. Specifically, the 5th floor hallway carpet along the entire length. The Westin is known for having a high standard in cleanliness and appearance. I plan to contact cooperate and send pictures.
Pros (+) Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access to Arundel Mills, Baltimore and D.C. I had a great time.
Pros (+) Staff was incredible
Cons (-) Elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where we were staying
