The service was inconsistent and disappointing. Some of the staff were helpful, but others were not knowledgeable and made no effort to help answer questions. We were traveling with an infant and requested a crib in advance; it wasn't in our room when we arrived, but they assured us they would bring a crib and crib sheet. Hot tub not available. Black mold in paper coffee cups in room. No plastic cups in room anymore? No liquor served at reception. Limit 2 beers. Limited breakfast variety on Monday morning. We have always stayed at Embassy because of the reception and great breakfast, now I don’t feel there is anything special about Embassy. been staying at Embassy for 30 years. Staff was very friendly!

Pros (+) the free parking while out of town, the managers reception, and made-to-order breakfast were all great!! these three extras bring us back every year!!

Pros (+) It was nice clean room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall enjoy our stay and would stay there again.
Cons (-) The hot tube was not working and the pool was cold.

Cons (-) This hotel is under construction. Should have been told that prior to booking. Heating unit in my initial room failed even after maintenance tried to repair. Slept in a cold room for the first 2 nights and acquired a head cold making my trip and training miserable.
