Guests overall appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. The location was convenient for access to highways and the city center. Some guests noted modern design and comfortable beds. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with air conditioning, room facilities, and occasional lapses in housekeeping or service, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences.
