Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about the rudeness and unhelpfulness of the staff, as well as issues with cleanliness in some areas of the hotel. The breakfast received mixed reviews, with many guests dissatisfied with the limited selection and early hours. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were highlights, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast quality.
