Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions, the lake, and public transport. Cleanliness is highlighted in many reviews, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. The breakfast selection is also frequently mentioned as varied and satisfying. However, several guests found the rooms to be quite small, and there are mixed experiences with service, particularly regarding booking issues and staff responsiveness. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and breakfast stand out.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the lake and the old town. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a great selection of foods, drinks and bread. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel has an EV charger on site.
