Only stopped for the one night, really good location to get into the centre of London ( 10 mins on the tube ) parking available at the hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff… will definitely stop again…

Pros (+) really nice staff, beautiful building, everyone was extremely kind to our not always perfectly behaved children. I'm sure the no WiFi in the rooms bothers some people but we loved the fact the common areas had people in them
Cons (-) The coffee at breakfast was instant. The free breakfast overall was a bit grim, which was fine, since you could pay to add better food onto it, but you couldn't pay to get a decent cup of coffee!
