The staff have no concern over the guests staying at this facility. Service was horrible. The Parking you are asked to pre-purchase will not be available on arrival . They will ask you to go find public parking.
Staff were excellent whether at front desk or catering to the noisy group I was with in the Windsor room. Hotel is well past its best before date and seriously needs a total reno. Furniture in room pretty beat up. No notepad, no pen, no local info etc. in fact nothing. On the plus side there was an iron and ironing board and a safe. The sheets and bedding were clean and so was the bathroom. And the bed was comfortable. Location downtown & close to VIA Station a plus.
