Pros (+) Room is like a small apartment - VERY spacious.
Cons (-) Furniture looked in part like it was from a flea market. NO Breakfast buffet b/c of COVID - OK understood - but the replacement was at best a cheap airline version boxed food -- that should have been reflected. Check-in was a major hassle b/c they had the wrong credit card on file.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean. Service was very good, and pricing was competitive. These are the values that give me a reason to come back to this hotel. There was a person giving messages on site at 7pm. What a treat!
Cons (-) A snack was given around 6:30pm. It was decent. They could have used the sterno to keep it warm. Very minor item for improvement.
