Hot water issue. WiFi connection is expensive.
The location was good - walking distance to Olympia
There was no hot water in the morning and the staff were rude when we tried to report it - not believing us! The breakfast room was very cramped and very busy. Parking was difficult
on plus points: air conditioning was good. location was ok and close to westfield shopping area
it was not the type of room that was described, yeah it was damp....the toilet door would open only halfway and wouldnt lock. although on plus points: air conditioning was good.
The hotel staff were welcoming when I arrived to when I checked out! I payed for a single room but ended up getting a double room, I'm very happy about that!
Was little bit noisey from the traffic as my room was on the front!
The hotel presentation on the website does not correspond to the actual situation. I booked a single room but was put into a nasty basement "tripple-room" with a moldy bathroom. The staff claimed they are overbooked. There is no free internet and the breakfast they claim to offer is not worthy the name. I would never stay at this hotel again.
It was far too small, smelled of drains and so noisy from the road. I would recommend double glazing!
24 hour check in
mice traps visible in basement room
Nice, clean rooms.
The staff never smiled once, seemed angry all the time.. It was very noicy, we lived on the first floor and heard everything from the reception and kitchen.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice garden at the back.
Ground floor rooms facing the road are rather noisy.
Bus stop right outside the hotel. It was very easy to access the tube stations and travel to any area. Close by to shops, very very clean hotel and good facilities.
The only thing on the downside is the hotel rooms dont have a cupboard so you cant hang your clothes, if you are staying for a few days this could be difficult, but I seriously have no complaints, the hotel is brand new and very very comfortable.
