We are very disappointed with Quality Suites London ON. This locations is not what we have come to expect from Quality Suites. The building and rooms are equivalent if not worse than a run down motel. The building looks like it does not get cleaned and the carpets are ripping and peeling. Our room smelt like cat urine, the vanity counter was broken with sharp edges, there was mold all over the bat...

Pros (+) While not a newer hotel, I was very pleased with the excellent condition and cleanliness of my room. We just needed to stay one night in the middle of a long road trip. We were happy to find a clean, well maintained room with all of the amenities we were looking for.
Cons (-) We arrived late in the evening, and were looking forward to a hot breakfast, but breakfast time ended earlier that most (9am) and when we arrived at 8:45am all of the hot food was gone. Being able to have a hot breakfast without having to go to a restaurant was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. Very disappointing.
