Excellent location and extremely clean.
Clean and well equipped for overnight business trip.
Breakfast. Could improve selection of fruits and cold buffet.
Great location, friendly staff, nice and clean hotel. Great stay.
Although it was very difficult to find the hotel on my first day there, I did discover that the location was quite convenient. It is within walking distance of Madame Tussauds and Marylebone station. The staff were also quite friendly, and it’s a fairly quiet hotel in general. I booked the hotel mainly because it had the advantage of a free cancellation period on booking.com so it helped to secure a room while adjusting my flight and visa arrangements.
I was extremely disappointed by the room. It was very small, with no amenities. No room slippers were available and I had to keep reminding staff to refill the toiletries which only included a tiny bar of soap, and small tubes of shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush/toothpaste were available either but thankfully I had brought my own. The water flow in the shower was quite weak too. The air conditioning was also slow to cool the room, and one day housekeeping had accidentally turned the radiator on which made the room uncomfortably hot and I had to call reception to tell me how to switch it off!
The location was really good. Just around from Baker Street and Madame Tussaud's. Trains and buses are just down the street. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They let us store our luggage during our last day. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is not too special but for 5 pounds it was fine. Plenty of toast, tea, cereal, juice and a basic selection of hot food.
The hotel is quite small, tiny elevator and our triple share room was very tight. At least we had real beds (singles) and that has not always been the case in other places.
