Staff very friendly
Staff at reception extremely slow with check in. Breakfast took 20 mins to arrive after ordering

The room was really good and was always cleaned with everything used constantly replaced. The restaurant in the hotel was great with lots of options to choose from. The staff were outstanding especially the concierge as they all went out of their way to help out in any way they can. The location is perfect as it's only a minute's walk from Lancaster station
The room rate did not include breakfast which is something that I feel was unfair but can't complain to be honest

The cooked breakfast was quite poor. The rest of the breakfast available was very nice, but the bacon was hard, and the scrambled eggs just too sloppy!
