Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Greenwich, public transport, and local attractions. Some reviewers also noted friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, the overall service, and the value for money. Complaints included small or poorly maintained rooms, lack of daily cleaning, noise from the street, and limited amenities such as no breakfast or closed restaurant. While a few guests found the rooms spacious or functional, the majority felt the hotel did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and service.
