Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Paddington Station, making it convenient for travel and exploring London. The staff received consistent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist with luggage and provide local recommendations. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms and bathrooms were very small, and noise from the underground or street could be an issue for some. Despite these drawbacks, the value for money and overall service left a positive impression on many guests.
