The hotel was very nice and located right outside of a tram station. The room was recently renovated, with all the comodities (cattle, stove, microwave, sink, plates and cups, etc.) and clean. The soundproofing was very good (we couldn't hear anything from the street or other rooms) and the bathroom was also nice. All in all, a great place to stay!
The only setback was that it was a bit far from the city center, but because the tram station is so close, it is very easy to get to Bordeaux!The transportation system is also very recent and frequent, so it makes it a very very small problem =)

Hotel is out of city, but in front of entry door you find tram station, 20 min direct and you in center of Bordeuex. If you have a car you get the next pluses: free parking in weekends and easy exit to roads to vineyards. Area near is very good and modern.
Everything in room are low quality (furniture, linen etc.). In room is nor dirty but the feeling of clean is not. Wi-fi didn't work in our room.

But even so shouldn’t have to put up with people smoking drugs at night, walking through small group of men outside reception each evening- I think it is used as social housing as well as a hotel- checked out a night early.
