Overview

In a breathtaking setting in the Hautes-Pyrenees, the Best Western Beausejour, Lourdes, France, sits among picturesque mountain views in the famous pilgrimage town of Lourdes, close to the sanctuary, the shops, and the dining of the village. The newly decorated rooms come with cable television, and some open onto balconies looking out to the Pyrenees, with a outdoor pool, free private parking, and on-site dining and a lounge rounding out the stay. A warm, knowledgeable team keeps the welcome easy, and the sanctuary and the village shops are a short walk from the door. Lourdes draws millions each year to the Sanctuary of Our Lady and its grotto, and it sits at the foot of some of the finest scenery in the Pyrenees, with the Pic du Midi observatory, the caves of Betharram, and the high mountain valleys all within reach. Above the rooftops, the peaks change colour with the passing day.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring Lourdes and nearby attractions. Many also appreciated the availability and convenience of parking. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others had mixed experiences with service, including issues with communication and empathy. Several reviews mentioned that the rooms were smaller than expected or depicted in photos, which detracted from their overall comfort. Despite some negative feedback about room size and isolated service concerns, the hotel's location and parking remain standout positives.
