The hosts are just superb in customer service, not just that. They are considerate and noce, genuinely nice people that try to help you. Although their English is not the best, they make an effort to understand what you need and make sure they provide it. I was there for New Years. The host, owner, Kathy wanted to gave me a 'present" which I understood was baklava and some other gluten containing sweets. I am gluten-free and said I have "stomach problems" given her English. I also said I would like to find a lemon chicken soup, something I used to eat with my Grek friend and neighbour in Australia. I asked Kathy if she knows a place where I can get it. She said something that I interpret it as "Not in restaurants here" and "maybe meat soup?". I said it did not matter and went to my room. After several minutes Kathy come with the most delicious soup with meat balls and it was a lemon sauce or soup! Really, really delicious and serwed with extreme consideration and politeness.! (see photo) I never eat breakfast outside of my room, but if you do, I recommend that you try whatever Kathy puts out for breakfast and maybe any other meal that she offers.
Location excellent. Close to amenities. Staff are very helpful and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For the price, good value.
Shower poorly appointed but spotlessly clean.
Perfect location very close to the spring and the sea, as well as the center of the city. Nice and attentive staff.
The walls are so thin that you can hear perfectly everything around up to three floors - if someone else is living at the hotel you will be able to hear all the sounds made by that person and vice versa..
Kitchen was not very well equipped!
Perfect location, big room with nice view :)
They didn’t clean room and change towels during our 4 days stay :(
