8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, bathroom, room size, location, personnel, proximity to 3 ski resorts
Cons: bed sheets could be more fresh
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Sheets are very old. They should be changed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and room
Cons: Breakfast a little expensive
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Its location was amazing, very central, with all restaurants, bars and supermarket just around the corner. The new tenants know what they are doing: warm welcome, with ample car park and a secure place for the bicycles. Breakfast was amazing! Very well presented, good quality cheese and ham, home made cake and home made jam; cereal, fruit. We will certainly be back!
Cons: Maintenance is due, although some bathrooms have been refurbished. Carpets and decor need changing, but it is in the pipeline. So, think “basic” and you will be well surprised and satisfied.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location in centre of town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean, parking
Cons: Price and only 1 croissant for breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was nice. Nice big room. Staff was very helpful when we had to check out early due to events at home. Cafe/bar downstairs was great for a cold beer after hiking. Private parking !!!!
Cons: All was good
7.5 Good
Pros: Allowed me to check in at 14.00 Kind staff
Cons: I have stayed for 2 days. Stayed there at off season. First night the central heating was almost turned down. Next they some people arrived and heating was ok. All the restaurants and bars were closed at night. So i wanted to drink some beers at the hotel but no beer was available (if no language barrier took place) No English speaking staff. Couldnt ask for the touristic attractions.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly, room wasn’t anything special but everything was clean!
Cons: Shower was very small so could hardly move in there!
7.5 Good
Pros: Good buffet breakfast
Cons: No power sockets in our room - there was only one socket in the bathroom
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and located near the center of the small town.
Cons: Breakfast was over six euros for a coffee, juice, yogurt, and a croissant. I felt cheated. There is a store across the street and a bakery on the corner which are better alternatives.
7.7 Good
Pros: Clean, tidy and excellent location.
Cons: If only the room also had a bath!
6.0 Good
Pros: Central position but Quiet.Restaurant Les Templiers near the fortified Church excellent, well worth a visit.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, although we were in the city center, the street is very quiet and pictoresque
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a amazing place to stay with so much character and coziness right in the center of Luz. The owner is so helpful and made us and our guests feel at home in Luz Saint Sauveur with recommendations for restaurants and also navigating the area. We would highly recommend it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was superb and we also greatly appreciated the hearty breakfast on offer.
Cons: A small thing was the lack of a fridge in the room - but all was OK as we were given the use of the lounge room fridge instead.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent recommendations for hikes in the area, great long coffee (like American coffee), wonderful location by live music and festival stands in the evenings. Luz was a great base for driving to hikes. Bar has a few delicious craft beers from the Pyrenees. Very friendly couple running the place!
Cons: Slight issue with previous tenants smoking but the property figured it out for us. Breakfast could be improved, instead we typically just got coffee at the hotel (delicious) and a pastry at the nearby bakery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was superb, and the hotel was as charming as indicated by the photos. Our host, Sian, was friendly and helpful and made our stay feel very personal.
Cons: Nothing could have been better
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Characterful, charming, small hotel beautifully situated in Luz St Sauveur which made a perfect base for our Pyrenees adventure. Friendly, interested and helpful hosts. We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment which was perfect for our needs but my parents were in one of the rooms which was equally good. We also enjoyed the organic breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. Lovely croissants and great coffee prepared by Steve.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: very central, beautiful old building facing onto an old church, loved it.
Cons: nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this place. I stayed two separate times over the course of two weeks. The hotel itself was charming, the staff (and owner) were helpful and personable, and the place resided in the old town of Luz, which made it buzz with life during the day while still being quiet as day moved to sleep time. This small hotel, and the little square out front, really did seem exceptionally friendly and engaging at all levels. I definitely will come back here. It seems a hub area for the town's social scene.
Cons: Nothing to criticize. I like old-school, small, family-owned hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beer, wine and snacks available and served outside on neighboring plaza.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable of the region, weather/geography, providing maps and detailed information for all outdoor activities. The info provided had such a positive impact on my trip. My advice i to listen to whatever suggestions she has. Had storage for my bicycle, good selection of breakfast items. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: You have to be OK with relaxed security. It's a small, safe town and everything worked out just fine. Just more relaxed than I have been used to.

5.4 Okay
Pros: One of our rooms was very pleasant, with two balconies. Views out some windows nice, and the surrounding town and area was pretty.
Cons: The family room we had booked was not available and whilst this was replaced with 2 rooms, one of the rooms was very small, and dark, and sad, and lonely and not close to the other room. Service at the restaurant was poor, and the food came in small and expensive portions. Wifi was so slow it was practically unusable.
7.5 Good
Pros: The balcony in the room I was moved too.
Cons: I was in a room for the first night that was kind of dark and smelly and the wifi didn’t work well. I was moved the second night and the room was much nicer, newer, had a balcony and the wifi worked well

Pros: Incredible views and very helpful staff. Close walk to town' hoodcrestaurant at hotel and surrounding town. Would love to return some day!
Cons: Room was small. Farther away from thermal hot springs than I expected. Traffic was very heavy as Tour de France came thru town.

Pros: Great location. Nice view out the window. Short walk to town centre for cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests. On-site restaurant and bar should you wish to avail yourself of them. Free on-site parking.
Cons: Our room was very basic and could use a little spruce up. Nothing notable but the overall feel is a little dated and dreary.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The location is fine
Cons: The room is very very poor and ugly and the bed is so inconvenient that I didn’t sleep one moment at night!!!!!! The breakfast is poor
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Large size bed, big bathroom. Just a few minutes walk from the center, quiet at night.
Cons: A bit worn down. Wifi very unstable and weak.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious enough, the basic bathroom spacious too and the view next to the hotel is great

Pros: Breakfast was fine og friendly staff. Restaurant fine. Location and base for different sport activities summer and winter. We took many walking tours in the beautiful high mountains. We knew the hotel for a visit app. 15 years ago and a lot of work has improved the whole hotel considerably.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Room was much nicer than some of the pictures
Cons: pictures on your site meant I didn't book for longer. You should make sure that they match the rooms
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was good
Cons: The staff didn't seem to care much about its guests. The alarm went off one morning with no one telling us what was going on. Room was what you could expect for a 2 star hotel. There was a huge spider web on the lamp in front of our room. No toilet paper the first day
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was good and we did have a view of the cascading river. The shower was great.
Cons: There was no fridge to put our perishable goods in and there was no coffee or tea making facility. I disliked the long basin in the bathroom as toothpaste kept shooting to the sides when you ran the water. The bathroom smelt stale although it looked clean and I found the bed too soft. Sorry to have so many complaints but I don't this this hotel lives up to standards shown on the website.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bedroom was fine, bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Staff were mostly polite. Location is excellent.
Cons: As already mentioned by other reviewers, the blankets were old and tatty. The pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was miserable, terrible coffee, awful fruit salad and dry cake.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We were visiting Luz St. Laurent for the Tour de France. The hotel was right on the route, conveniently located in the village and offered parking. We were traveling with a toddler and they were able to accommodate our needs perfectly. We had a balcony off the room and we could keep the door open, which was nice for the warm summer night. We would stay again if we are lucky enough to return.
