Cons (-) Hello, i booked room from your website, but confirmation took too long to confirm. So when i went to "Ibis budget" hotel they told me to book room from them and when they will get confirmation from you they will cancel this booking so i need to pay them only 45 Pounds and other money will be refunded. Pros (+) Good value, Clean and friendly helpful staff.
Cons (-) Good value, however, did not get any sleep. The mattress was so hard my back and shoulders suffered. We stayed for two nights, the 2nd a staff member offered to put an extra duvet on the bed he did what he could. Ended up sleeping on the pull out bed which was more comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities, hair dryer or toiletries which was a shame.
