The hotel reception was beautiful and we were served jasmine tea as we waited to sign in, really nice touch. The brilliant Eric on reception tempted us with a room upgrade and we could not have been happier! Our room was exceptional and the bonus of using the Lounge on floor 17 was cherry on the cake. Literally everything about our stay was fantastic, not a single bad word to say! We barely left the hotel except a quick visit to the casino at the Venetian. We will absolutely be coming back!
Nothing... literally nothing I could criticise. Exceptional service. Friendly, polite. Our room was the height of luxury.
