Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the interstate and appreciated the breakfast options provided. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and when resolving issues. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues in bathrooms and carpets. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others mentioned issues with bed comfort and suspected bed bugs. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and service, but cleanliness and maintenance require attention.AI-generated from customer reviews
