location and service were excellent
The AC didn't work properly, couldn't get cool enough. they offered to switch the room but we were unpacked already and only staying a day and a half longer so it would've been too much trouble to move

Central location, close to nice restaurants. Breakfast at hotel was worth the price. Piano player was great. Close to Prado Museum and Retiro park, both are worth the trip. Safe area. Staff was very helpful.
Lunch was supposed to be until 4 pm but by 3pm there was no access to the main restaurant and we ate at the cafe.
