10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Food options on site at jojo’s.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Windsong is a lovely resort. The staff is top notch, the price fair, and beachside setting is perfect.
Cons: It’s an 8 minute taxi ride to the main center of town. Please factor this into your decision, as a taxi ride will run approximately $8 per person.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Continental breakfast was actually more than I expected. Jojos had lovely staff.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Some of the staff were great — Alicia. Khalil and Dennen.
Cons: Breakfast start time of 7:30 am did not work for us as our scuba pickup was 7:45 am. When we asked about alternatives for earlier breakfast, we were given the wrong information about what was feasible. When you pay so much per night for a room you expect a little more flexibility and customer service. In fact, they were quite rigid. We will NOT stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is very nice, it's on the quiet end of Grace Bay. The resort is well maintained but the success it has is because of the employees. The staff is composed of some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I REALLY liked the hotel, and the staff. The beach is phenomenal, more so than other hotel beaches. Short walk to the Gansevort beach too, which has another nice swimming area and pool
Cons: No.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: the beach, the staff
Cons: cannot put bill on the room, must pay by credit card. the breakfast restaurant had no sea view. A lot of kids.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was terrific, beach and pools were great, and our apartment was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: breakfast at location was good, they made us special breakfast as we all were vegetarian.
Cons: they should have kept more options in breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and facilities. It was really relaxing. Been to multiple Caribbean Islands, I have never seen such blue water! Everything is so clean! The staff was totally laid back and would happily do anything to assist you to make your vacation great.
Cons: There are some restaurants within walking distance (Bay Bistro, Hemingways) but to really see the different areas and try new restaurants, you need to take a taxi and that adds up quick. For example, for the 8 of us, a round trip to a local restaurant 4 miles away (Da Conch Shack) cost us about $250 round trip.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about it beach is beautiful. Not crowded. Units have all amenities feels like a home away from home
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very spacious. It was nice to start the day with a tummy breakfast that was included in the price of the room.
Cons: Honestly I can’t think of a thing.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very nice. It had everything you needed close, like restaurants, shops & grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a plus together with having free internet. It was a very nice place to stay.
Cons: My only complaint is that I am a smoker and I had to go to a designated area to smoke which is somewhat common. I also like to have a balcony to be able to go outside from my room which I did not have.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Ports of Call due to the location and amenities. The open air design, pool, and bar were great. It was a short walk from beautiful Grace Bay Beach, the prime spot on the island, and much cheaper than nearby resorts.
Cons: We had a minor plumbing issue with our toilet, but the staff was responsive and fixed it quickly.

Pros: very clean and quiet. all staff were very friendly and helpful. plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available. good value. decent breakfast options. very close to supermarket and restaurant options. refrigerator in the room.
Cons: we did not figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was a little chilly. (but we never asked for assistance). the housekeeping schedule is a little attenuated. amenities not always replenished in the bathroom. my husband did not like that there was no elevator (2 flights of stairs).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Nice staff! Would go again!

Cons: Better bar drinks
7.0 Good
Pros: Room smelled like mold. Otherwise it was super clean. Just smelly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautiful. Beach was superb.
Cons: If I have to be picky the doors are loud because it’s all marble and wood
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, best beach we’ve been to. The resort is beautiful and very well equipped. Great location and kind and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Very relaxed atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food, great weather, service good and the prettiest beach and clarity of the sea that we have ever experienced. Check-in/out process, concierge, pool/beach staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had dinner in the primary restaurant and had a great evening atmosphere in the outside seating area. However, while excellent, found the dinner selection limited, especially with respect to diversification. Found the dinner at Infinity to be more of what I was expecting at the Palms restaurant. I also found the dinner menu options at Bella Luna would be a consideration for those that wanted something different.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Palms is beautiful- inside and out! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The check in process is swift and smooth. The location is perfect. The food and drinks are delicious and abundant! I will definitely return!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, well manicured grounds. Outstanding spa and fitness facilities. Wonderful accommodations. Unparalleled beach with white powdered sand and turquoise water. Excellent breakfast - fresh and abundant. Well trained and very friendly staff (mostly). Peaceful and quiet. The perfect get-away vacation. If you're looking for an oasis of calm - this is the place!
Cons: A few of the staff (primarily at breakfast and in the Plunge Bar) have an attitude unbecoming of the Palms and quite apart from the majority of the staff who are excellent and work hard to make you feel very welcome.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent food with healthy food options and a beautifully maintained property!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location...friendly and helpful staff....great entertainment!
7.6 Good
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were all so friendly and attentive our suite and view were amazing , the bed was very comfy , so happy I read other reviews and booked here ! I have no negative comments to make it was that fabulous
Cons: Truly what not to like ?
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was ok. Sushi great. Breakfast great.
Cons: Not enough salad variety for lunches. Service was very slow
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was impeccable, including the rooms, which were very large. I have traveled extensively, and I have never encountered a friendlier, more attentive, or more accommodating staff. This was true across the board.
Cons: The dining options are extremely limited, which is problematic given the property's location on the island. Sui-Ren was very good, and the breakfast buffet was acceptable. But, the food was otherwise disappointing. Further, while the shuttle to the sister properties is helpful, it would be great if it ran more than once an hour to give the guests more flexibility in going to restaurants away from the hotel, without having to pay $10 per person for a taxi, each way, which can add up when you are with a larger group.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the staff are superb!
Cons: The shower area water seems to be smelly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle to other properties affiliated with the shore.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was excellent
Cons: How clean and well put together it was

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Pools were not overly crowded either.
Cons: Room assigned at check in wasn't ideal, hotel front desk offered a free upgrade to a different room layout. Management Superceded and they said would charge 80 per day for the room change. I do not rec booking if you have more than 2 in your group.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was over the top. I loved everything. The staff were phenomenal and the resort is just incredibly beautiful. The room was perfect. All the comforts of home in the most beautiful place in the Caribbean
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was VERY old and not clean. The floors were sticky and there was a ton of dust on the furniture. It smelled like mold everywhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: close to the ocean and pool. Awesome sand and beach seating. cocktails served on the beach.
Cons: no
5.7 Okay
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Cons: This was my wife and I first trip to Turks & Caicos. We will return because the beaches are beautiful but we will choose another resort. The day we arrived it was 4:30pm, local time, and we had made reservations for an Ocean View Suite. The room that was given to us at first was not an Ocean View it was a Garden View. Then the front desk told us they would put us in another room but it would not be ready for a while. When I asked how long, they could not give me any idea on the time frame. So, we had a late lunch at Hemingway’s the resort restaurant. The food okay but their service was horrible. A hour and a half had past and we went back to the front desk to check and see if our room was ready. The front desk could not provide me any answers. The front desk staff was extremely unorganized. The staff had misplaced our paperwork for the room in the hour and a half that we were having lunch and waiting for our room. After 30 minutes of two front desk staff members frantically working to check in additional guest and find our paperwork we finally head to the room. Atthis point it approximately 3 and half hours later. Prior to leaving the front desk my wife ask “does the building have an elevator?” The staff tells us “yes”. Once we arrived at the building where our room is located we learned from the bell man that the elevator is out of order. My wife is still recovering from a broken knee cap and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bell man told us the elevator was supposed to repaired the following day. Well it was not and I had go and speak to the manager the following morning. The manager went to speak to the maintenance team. Here is where the story hits a all time shocker for me!! When the manager returns she walks two feet in front of me and straight into her office and closes the door. She never acknowledged me. The front desk staff went into her office and asked the details. When the front desk clerk returned I was told it would be repaired on Saturday, it is Wednesday morning. Then I am offered another room (this our 3rd room in three days). I take it because it is on the ground floor but no ocean view. This one is a garden view. Then my wife is stuck in the half bathroom because the door handle is broke. She was in there for 10 minutes plus. I mentioned this to management and asked for the difference returned to my card due to the inconvenience and the non-ocean view, that we paid to have. Later that day after housekeeping cleaned our room I found a gift certificate for breakfast for 2 at the resort restaurant. This was an insult. I will end on this the evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk was much friendlier than the day. The bell man we had was awesome as well. It is a shame, this place could be great. The beach is amazing. The Resort needs some attention and the some of the staff needs learn hospitality skills.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa and the beaches. The staff are very nice and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room we had was perfectly fine except for fact that if your neighbours spoke loudly you could hear their each and e dry word. The room was one that could be opened / linked to make larger room capacity. However, poor sound proofing between the linked door. This obviously is a serious privacy issue. I did bring it to reception attention and was told it would be raised to manager but no-one came to speak to further on the matter. I don’t think they appreciate that depending on conversation clients could be sharing personal identifiable data.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was great as were the pools and beach! Rooms were large and well equipped for the kitchenette
Cons: Service was palpably poor especially compared to other hotels and restaurants in Turks and Caicos. Wouldn’t stay again for this reason.
1.0 Poor
Cons: AC in room did not work and they never repaired it after multiple requests. Room smelled like moldy mildew. There were bed bugs in the sheets. Staff at hotel were "unable to accommodate" beach chairs for us, which was 95% of the reason we chose this resort. Extremely disappointed, waste of money, hated our time here.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Room was not at all even acceptable. I believe they put us in a storage room that had not been used. It was seriously bad and the staff was not helpful at all. I fully understand there would be additional cost to upgrade to one of the many vacant rooms.
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location, large room, perfect kitchen!
Cons: It wasn’t very clean, our feet would get really black for dirt just walking barefoot in the room!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great beach and location Nice pools Decent small gym Hemingway’s restaurant food was good and not too expensive Best of all was the friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Rooms and furniture could use some updating

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at the Royal West Indies. It is at a perfect location on Grace Bay. Easy walk to other resorts on the soft sandy beach. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Very nice lagoon style pools and hot tubs nestled in the lush tropical foliage. Great bar/restaurant right on property with drink specials every night. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. Bikes are free as well for guests. Staff is SUPER friendly. Price is one of the best on Grace Bay!
Cons: I wish we could see the beach from the restaurant or pools. But can't change that! Beach and pool loungers could have cushions, but they aren't uncomfortable.
7.1 Good
Cons: The staff was very unfriendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably maintained, friendly staff, great location. Enjoyed the beach without any crowd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay , located and nice facility
4.0 Okay
Cons: When our flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Erica - Royal West Indies Resort management refused to cancel or reschedule our stay UNLESS we book and PAY for a new stay no later than 2 weeks after the original booking. Only then would they refund the original booking. Considering there were no flight/ schedules available at that time and managements un trust worthiness. This was a completely unreasonable offer. Honestly, I have never experienced such sub standard or greedy management in my life.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was the best part. There was a little shady spot for when it was too hot to be in the sun. It was nice and big and our daughter loved it so much!
Cons: One worker at the towel hut was rude. Limited the number of towels I could take. Ridiculous. The towels are small so 2 per adult and 1 for my toddler didn't seem like I was overdoing it. One towel only covered half the chair.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good food choices, fair prices, great service
Cons: Nothing
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Overall we were impressed with the Royal West Indies hotel. The rooms feature full kitchen. We had a king bed and a sofa pullout bed both of which were very comfortable. Each apartment features a patio with seating. TVs with cable were available in the living room and the bedroom. It was incredibly spacious -- much more room than we were expecting for a group of 4. They have bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more for your enjoyment which are all included you just have to sign up for them. The location is prime -- right on the beach in grace bay and walking distance to the grocery store and prime shopping/downtime area. There is also a happy hour at the restaurant from 5-7pm with half-priced drinks. The food was good and not as expensive as most places in Turks and Caicos. Multiple pools and a hot tub were available on site. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were kind and excellent in their customer service.
Cons: Service can be incredibly slow. Our room was often not cleaned until after 3 in the afternoon though the cleaning staff was nice. Towels sometimes weren't available for the beach in the middle of the day. Despite those small things the staff was very friendly and responsive.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hi We stayed in RWI resort for three nights and for one night there was no water supply in bathroom and kitchen tap. It was the most embarrassing night during our stay. We did snorkeling and we're at beach whole day in sun and by the time we came home to refresh there was no water.
Cons: Couldnt provide us water to shower or drink for 14hrs.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Overpriced food
4.5 Okay
Pros: Grounds / landscaping was good. Access to private beach was good. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful (Y-Jay in particular!)
Cons: There was no internet / wifi during our entire stay. We paid nearly $700 a night and internet was advertised as basic service. The Staff told us the whole island was affected. Not true. Wherever else we went had internet. Worse even, we found a roach in our room. The person who was sent over to kill the roach tried to tell us that it was because we left our room door open. Not so. We pointed out to him the gap between the door and the floor when the door closed which creates a natural opening for critters to enter rooms. I would never go back here. VERY poor overall service for the price we paid.
7.7 Good
Pros: Absolutely beautiful setting it's hard to beat the private beach in front of the hotel.
Cons: I think the staff could use a couple lessons in customer service, it often feels like they were troubled by simple requests.

Cons: nothing, loved it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing, accomodations were beautiful, the beach was gorgeous. Location is central to restaraunts and shops. I highly recommend Seven Stars.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Found Seven Stars to be one of the best properties in T&C. The staff was awesome and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We had an Ocean View room with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The master bedroom had a king bed and there was a pull out bed in the sofa. Food at the restaurant (Seven) was of very good quality and we had a fun dinner there our first night. Also liked the fact that there are a number of local restaurants of high quality within walking distance of the resort.
Cons: The surf near the hotel is not conducive for snorkeling so you have to book a charter separately.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have been to Turks and Caicos 3 times. This was our first stay at Seven Stars Resort. It was absolutely perfect! The staff was by far better than any other hotel we have stayed out. The room was amazing, grounds were perfect. I would highly recommend this resort!! We will be back for sure!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities, great beach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible place. Seven Stars has it all... great location, beautiful beach/pool, great restaurants, incredible complimentary brunch, and a happy, welcoming staff dedicated to ensuring your vacation is perfect in every way. We've been to a lot of resorts/hotels and this one might be #1 in my book. Will definitely return soon!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was centrally located and walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket.
Cons: Priced way too high.. we spent over $1000.00 per night. It’s a very small hotel that has three buildings and two pools staff is extremely accommodating and the property was very clean. However, for the amount of money I spent I was a little disappointed. The grounds are comparable to something you find at a timeshare in Florida, nothing spectacular. On our third night, our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We called the desk at 4:30 in the morning and told them the room was 80° and that I had asthma, it was way too hot. She said she would get back to us,but maintenance was not there to help us at this time. They never called back...my husband was irate. He finally spoke to the manager and she said she would change our room. We headed up to the room to pack up, and the man fixing the air conditioner said that it would be done today we did not have to change rooms. The hotel did offer to refund $400 for that night. This was completely unacceptable and eventually they did refund us one total night, but only after an exhausting day back and fourth! Other than that experience, the hotel is nice however it’s not a five-star hotel

Pros: Everything about this property was perfect - location, layout, cleanliness, amenities, and staff. Great value for this area. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: The only drawback during our stay was the construction going on at the property. I wish that we were informed before we booked. When the construction is finished this property will be amazing.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is amazing. Beach and water perfect.
Cons: Service level not always at the expected level for an hotel so expensive. We have tried multiple times to do some sailing activities and every time there was some excuse not to go out on the Hobie Cat. Definitely too expensive for what it is. We don't think we will come back again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is very well kept. Clean beach and great location. Staff bend over backwards to ensure you have a great stay. Already planning our return trip!
Cons: N/A
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great that every room faced the ocean, three pools (one of them was just for adults), and beachfront access. Really enjoyed the staff hospitality (especially the personal concierge), complimentary breakfast, beach and pool access with beverage service. There was an initial problem with my room but my concierge and hotel management resolved the issue. The solution worked out really well. The hotel is a really good brand in Turks and Caicos, it's not the most expensive or the cheapest in Grace Bay, but ideal for comfort, quality and price.
Cons: One morning it rained while we were at breakfast but there were no extra umbrellas for guests to use. It would have been amazing if they would have anticipated that a few of us would have forgetten our umbrellas.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The three restaurants were all good, in terms of view, options, and decor. Loved the music, too! We stayed in E Bldg and we absolutely loved our room, with a stellar balcony and view. The twice a day maid services were stellar! And I loved all the different class options for learning to sail, yoga class, etc. The ease of getting a cabana made my week! As did the hot showers (sometimes an issue in the Caribbean). The best surprise was how the property surprised me on my Birthday with fun and huge balloons, , a card, cake and drinks. That was a classy touch for a hotel who clearly knows how to cater to their guests.
Cons: The showers were contemporary looking, but after every shower the poorly fitting doors allowed buckets of water onto the floor and soaked through even extra towels. This would be easily fixed with better /closer fitting glass doors. I didn’t love a lack of ability to do laundry in the room. The most troubling thing was we got extremely unlucky with rude and noisy neighbors overhead. Four Of our seven nights were impacted. We go on vacation to sleep! Management did address via phone calls, but our “neighbors’ just retaliated by being even louder. Dragging furniture. Slamming it overhead. Etc.. after two days I feel we really should’ve been granted an ability to switch rooms. It was not an option, and the hotel did not appear to be at capacity. These things will impact our decision to return to this property or not. Breakfast also seemed spartan, I did not eat the “free meal” in the mornings, but I am sure some would appreciate the continental spread.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, beach and pool area great, but food offerings for lunch not very good. Tepid at best for lunch and average for dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Property is older and beginning to look a little dowdy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff could not have been more accomadating and they truly seem to enjoy their jobs.
Cons: I think they should enforce the adults only area rules more strictly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic and the location was as good as it could get. The accommodations were first class and the staff was so friendly. We went for our honeymoon and my wife can not wait to go back.
Cons: There wasn't much not to like. Only downside is the selection of food options and pricing but it's the an island so you kind of have to expect those things. Amazing place though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The energy and enthusiasm of the staff is exceptional.

Guests are pleased with the close proximity to local shopping, restaurants, and island night-life. OCW guests enjoy the meandering pool, lush landscaping, and tropical Seaside Caf with its beach side deck. Access and signing privileges to the sister property, Ocean Club short walk or use of complimentary shuttle.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We travelled to Provo for our ninth wedding anniversary, our first time in the Caribbean since getting married in Antigua. Turks and Caicos is breathtakingly beautiful and Grace Bay is no exception. Ocean Club West fits right into the natural beauty and we couldn't help but feel like we were in paradise. While other resorts on this stretch of beach are more luxurious (and more expensive!) they all share the same beach. Our room was super cute and spacious with a little kitchenette and a very nice bathroom and screened in porch. The pool was great and the whole facility was immaculate! And when we wanted to see how the "other half" lived, we could walk down the beach and grab a drink or dinner at one of the über fancy restaurants or lounges. We plan on going back to Turks and we'll be staying at Ocean Club West.
Cons: Literally the only complaint I had the entire time was that it took our shower a longtime to get hot. And, really, that's just me being impatient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stack washer and dryer could have taken less clothes everyone was very friendly. Scuba diving trip that was fantastic.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful and a one minute walk to the beach (5-15 min walk to a bunch of nice restaurants, bars and shops). There are two pools and a hot tub and a bar by the pool with the nicest bartender. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean. We loved it here.
Cons: The breakfast could have more options and stay more fully stocked but it did the job.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very freindly and attentive staff. Excelent location, short 5-minute walk to the beach. Studio room was clean and well equiped, even a washer & dryer which was a welcome surprise. Room wifi was solid.
Cons: Continental breakfast was a little lacking. Occasional sewer smell outside and sometimes in the shower.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is spacious, with washer, dryer, microwave, sink and plates/utensils. It made traveling with 2 kids much easier. There are two pools, one with a very shallow side so the baby can play while the older one go for a swim. Grace bay is across the street. Fresh beach towels are available on the beach so there’s no need to bring anything. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The site is quiet.
Cons: There’s nothing very close by walking for food. We had to drive (2-3 minutes).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach staff and area. Very clean and lots of lounges. Restaurants so close was awesome too. Loved the smaller property
Cons: Perhaps a bit more choice at breakfast ...yogurt/ eggs. Very carb loaded
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, pool temperature, great location near many activities, restaurants, amazing beach, friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast is subpar, very thin walls (can hear people outside, above and next door), pool closes at 9, quite a few mosquitos and other bugs especially on our patio, no in house restaurant or food after 930 am.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beach is Beautiful, nice walkling beach. Room was comfortable, could use some updating. Breakfast could use some protein, like hard boiled eggs, more fruit.
Cons: We were just there and couldn't stay our whole time due to the corona virus that was spreading globally and rumors of the airports closing. We could not afford to be stuck there indefinitely. We checked out four days early and they would not give us our full refund. I feel during this anxious time, they should have been more understanding of the situation and given us a full refund. The place was not cheap.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly situated 20 meters from Grace Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Was an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The grounds, pool and room were all very clean and comfortable and all at half the price of surrounding hotels. All this at the finest beach in the area. Would highly recommend this property.
Cons: Had to go home!

Cons: Absolutely nothing - it was perfect

Pros: Location beaches
Cons: Said we had one room at checkin when we finally got key to room it was different then promised
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was always great.
Cons: Dinner restaurants don't vary their menu at all, becomes very boring after 1week! without the option of Dinners at Blue Haven and Beach House, our 16 days would not have been good!Property is
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing beaches. Very good food - enough choices. Very friendly staff. This is the best (by far) all inclusive resort in terms of alcohol selection. And, being connected to two other resorts, restaurant selection is pretty nice too.
Cons: Their water sports section is neglected.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time at Alexandra Resort. The beach was just amazing(after the first two rainy days it was pure crystal clear waters) The beach - you can walk either direction. You do have to go early to get front row on the beach chairs but most days there were still few available by 11 AM. This was during New Year's Eve week so they were fully booked but I guess most people were at the pool! Better for us :) The Resorts: Alexandra Resort has two sister-resorts that you get access to as part of your All Inclusive. Beach House Turks & Caicos (make sure you check the exact name because there are lots of Beach House hotels). Thats adults only, has a very good tiki-bar/restaurant for daytime. It's about 20-25 minutes walk from on the beach, which we did pretty often since it was nice to walk anyways. They ask you to make reservations but we always found a spot at the bar or went during not busy times. This hotel was more romantic, calm... part of being adults only :) The second sister-resort is Blue Haven. Definitely not walking distance and is family friendly resort. We went for dinner so didn't really experience the daytime. The Salt Italian restaurant is by far the best restaurant we ate at in all 3 resorts. The pizzas were delicious (apparently they have 2 chefs from Italy). It was so damn good we went there twice. Steak was to die for. The resorts offer free shuttle service between all 3 resorts, which is nice however, they aren't that frequent! It worked for us because we did not mind walking to the Beach House but took the shuttle for Blue Haven. Giovanni was excellent from the front desk. Another Italian (young) guy was super nice too. They were very friendly and gave us good insights. Drinks are a bit watered down but which All-Inclusive isn't! If you tip the bartenders good (1$ each drink or $5 twice a day)and are nice to them, they are all very nice to you and will make your drinks strong :) That said, all staff were nice.
Cons: Beach House has a "fancy" restaurant - Kitchen 218. We have yet to find out whats all the hype about!!! They make you wake up 7 AM to reserve a table for that same night. They make men wear shoes, all dressed up, wait for your reserved table then to be seated at a restaurant that is at best 20% at capacity in the back with no scenery. Then for the food to show up as mediocre. Party of 4, had all different dishes and none of us were impressed or happy. Go to SALT!!!! 100times better. Ohhh and to go with the fine-dining theme they have a limited menu... which again was not impressive at all. The restaurant has a good vibe but for all the hype, not worth it. Obviously all these are part of all-inclusive so we did not care or worry of wasting our money on a fancy fine dining experience. The other "did not like" thing would be the frequency of the shuttles. And maybe that they do not offer any free transportation to downtown. You pass by it on the way to Blue Haven so why not make a stop for it too? It would be nice service. T&C has a tiny downtown but it's still nice to go and maybe even souvenir shop :) Last is the breakfast - or the buffet restaurant in general. It was just very very basic. It seems they have few vegetables in general so after few days of junk eating and such, if you want a salad, it'll have to be only ceasar! hahaha These are things we did not like, but in general our stay was great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Grace Bay Beach is awesome, super clear beautiful water. Best swimming Beach I have been too. Food was Usually very good, If u didn't like something you could always find something else that was good. Free kayaks, SUPs, and Hobie Cats were good.
Cons: The shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during dinner service. The shuttles were very crowded and some people were left behind due to being full and had to wait till next shuttle. Rooms were a bit older
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wesley (who works at the restaurant and is the sailing instructor) and Tina (the security guard ) and others really went out of their way to make sure anything I needed was provided and that my stay there was excellent. The staff is amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - beautiful beach. Loved the food options!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The beach was beautiful. Had nothing to do with the resort really. That's just the way it is in that area.
Cons: Staff is not friendly at all. Food was terrible. Nothing to do in the evening. Rooms need a lot of work and renovations . While you're sitting by the pool or at the beach, no one is around to bring you a drink or anything. Very disappointed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Major improvements in the food. Nightly entertainment on the beach deck.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Beach.
Cons: Staff, food, drinks, service.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.

Pros: I loved the pool. It was amazing! Especially after coming back from the beach and just relaxing. The staff was amazing in helping us pick out activities for the day. It was an amazing time and will be back.
Cons: The hot tub was broken almost the whole time we were there. The room next to us was under renovation and we could here pounding and other noises from the work. The air conditioner and the tv went out during our stay.

Pros: Easy walk to beach. Clean rooms. Friendly staff!
Cons: Better bar drinks
