I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."
Pros: "I always have a consistently good experience on Delta. Everything was great."

Cons: "Messed up my luggage in Atlanta. Gate said baggage was going to domestic. Ended up in international terminal. Added almost an hour of back and forth between terminals."
Cons: "I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans."

Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."

Cons: "Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed"

Cons: "Need to have food choices available for those with allergies. Almost everything had gluten and soy in it and I am very allergic to those. I had to give away all snacks and most of my food. Even in comfort+ class the seats are tiny with little legroom. Also, please clean the bathroom every few hours"
Cons: "More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark."

Cons: "I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg."

Cons: "We sure could do better refraining from serving food that has been opened, tasted, and rejected by another customer. Seat 34 A and B rejected their special ordered food for the wrong item. I watched them taste. Crew, one named Paul, took it back, simply put the foil back, and served to others."

I may understand that food is not served but to pay for water is not a right thing to do. I asked the crew about this and I was told that bc other airlines charge for drinks/ food, BA also ask passengers for money. I have not had to pay for my drink like water on any other flight. I fly with all big airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa, LOT, etc"

Cons: "British Airways introduced boarding by groups Inspite of my plea for my husband who recently undergone heart surgery he had to stand and queu until our group number was allowed to enter the plane. We have been told very firmly by taciturn lady at Fumicino Rome that this are new rules nad they are to be obeyed! compassion is not forte in our experience of British Airways."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and well organized. The plane was clean and prepared -cabin crew was very friendly.We did miss our connection and I liked that British airways got us on the next available flight and had that information as we exited our flights."
Cons: "The crew were spread thin and not particularly helpful. We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."
The flights was good, but could have more option to buy foods with it being a three and a half hours flights
less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once

Extremely disappointing. The American Airlines crew strike is affecting their flights deeply. The crew didn’t show up for our flight so we were delayed 2 hours.

Cons: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

One United employee a little impatient, also on flight WiFi was out for some time. I was happy to receive a complimentary alcoholic beverage for volunteering to check my carry on bag.
I enjoyed everything generally. However, getting from the Tarmac to the arrival building required we got on a Bus and meaning they had to wait on everyone to get in from the plane eating a significant amount of time and we still had to get o. The air shuttle to get to the arrival building and saw passengers with connections having to run all the way.
My experience flying from Ottawa to Montreal was not good!

More stress and uncertainty. My flight from Ottawa to Toronto was delayed due to a tech issue and I would have missed my connection to Nashville. I tried calling AC customer service and after a 1+hr hold, was told there were no earlier flights to Toronto (not true)and if she booked me on another flight, I'd have to spend the night in Toronto. Fortunately at AC check-in, I was able to get on the earlier flight (last seat due to a cancelation) and was able to make my connection. In the end, I got into Nashville an hour late, due to delays on the Toronto/Nashville connection. Both going to Ottawa and returning, I was faced with delayed flights and missed connections. I just want the confidence that flights are going to arrive and leave on time.
When a person pays 500 $ for one way ticket that person should have better seat not the seat before the bathrooms.🤔🤨
