Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host, Deveraux, is a great host!!! He met us at the airport and gave us a ride to the property, even when we arrived late. He took the time to explain the area and some history about Turks. He gave us a ride to the grocery store the next day. He arranged a rental car for a couple of days. And on the last day, he gave us a ride back to the airport. The location of the property was pretty convenience, close enough to the Grace Bay. Would definitely recommend this property! Thanks, Deveraux!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great host.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s walking distance from Mango Reef, an excellent restaurant. Deveraux was an excellent host. He picked us up from the airport which saved us money considering how expensive the taxis are. He gave us a lot of info about the island and recommendations on the car ride.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Our room had an excellent (almost panoramic) view. Good room amenities.
Cons: The entrance walkway was a little on the dark side.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The unit was very clean and well accommodated. It was walking distance to Smith's Reef, Thursday Fish Fry at the Bight Park (walk there and taxi back), and Coral Gardens. The 3rd floor location was nice with a nice view. All appliances were in good shape, as were all the kitchenware. The host was outstanding, the best host we have ever had. For example, when the blow dryer burned out we text'd him and he brought a new one the next day. He was always just a text away if needed. He also arranged for airport drop off which was appreciated.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a grill on property. The resort reportedly removed it without explanation. This was a minor thing, but I felt it was worth noting. Also, the screens on the sliding door were a little tough to manage, which wasn't a big deal since we preferred the air conditioning most of the time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious apartment
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The facility was very nice and well maintained. Very quiet complex. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The host/owner was extremely helpful and always available when we had questions etc. The outside balcony was very nice and provided a great view of the ocean. Price wise, this is a good place to stay to explore Turks and Caicos which is very expensive compared to other islands. Lots of good restaurants walking distance away.
Cons: This island pretty much requires you to have a car to get to the best beaches and explore, as public transportation is not available and taxi cabs are not common and are expensive. Not walking distance to beaches with facilities such as rentals, food, washrooms but otherwise was comfortable for the price point!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic, modern studio condo with expansive Oceanview. Devereaux was a great host, very responsive and will pick you up from airport etc... The complex itself is beautiful, it has 2 pools and a hot tub as well as a restaurant on site and within walking distance of several others. The beach and everything else is just a short drive
Cons: Bathroom door catches on the floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: the beach, the staff
Cons: cannot put bill on the room, must pay by credit card. the breakfast restaurant had no sea view. A lot of kids.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff was terrific, beach and pools were great, and our apartment was perfect. Can’t wait to return.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: breakfast at location was good, they made us special breakfast as we all were vegetarian.
Cons: they should have kept more options in breakfast
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Beautiful location and facilities. It was really relaxing. Been to multiple Caribbean Islands, I have never seen such blue water! Everything is so clean! The staff was totally laid back and would happily do anything to assist you to make your vacation great.
Cons: There are some restaurants within walking distance (Bay Bistro, Hemingways) but to really see the different areas and try new restaurants, you need to take a taxi and that adds up quick. For example, for the 8 of us, a round trip to a local restaurant 4 miles away (Da Conch Shack) cost us about $250 round trip.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Loved everything about it beach is beautiful. Not crowded. Units have all amenities feels like a home away from home
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rooms were very spacious. It was nice to start the day with a tummy breakfast that was included in the price of the room.
Cons: Honestly I can’t think of a thing.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Food options on site at jojo’s.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Windsong is a lovely resort. The staff is top notch, the price fair, and beachside setting is perfect.
Cons: It’s an 8 minute taxi ride to the main center of town. Please factor this into your decision, as a taxi ride will run approximately $8 per person.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Continental breakfast was actually more than I expected. Jojos had lovely staff.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Some of the staff were great — Alicia. Khalil and Dennen.
Cons: Breakfast start time of 7:30 am did not work for us as our scuba pickup was 7:45 am. When we asked about alternatives for earlier breakfast, we were given the wrong information about what was feasible. When you pay so much per night for a room you expect a little more flexibility and customer service. In fact, they were quite rigid. We will NOT stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is very nice, it's on the quiet end of Grace Bay. The resort is well maintained but the success it has is because of the employees. The staff is composed of some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I REALLY liked the hotel, and the staff. The beach is phenomenal, more so than other hotel beaches. Short walk to the Gansevort beach too, which has another nice swimming area and pool
Cons: No.
Good 6.0
Pros: place was nice and most of the staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable. It was difficult to fall asleep and we woke up each morning with back pain
Good 7.5
Pros: Right on the beach - terrific
Cons: Food options were limited; check-in was odd
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff are incredibly friendly!
Cons: Nothing to mention

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautiful. Beach was superb.
Cons: If I have to be picky the doors are loud because it’s all marble and wood
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place, best beach we’ve been to. The resort is beautiful and very well equipped. Great location and kind and friendly staff. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent food, great weather, service good and the prettiest beach and clarity of the sea that we have ever experienced. Check-in/out process, concierge, pool/beach staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had dinner in the primary restaurant and had a great evening atmosphere in the outside seating area. However, while excellent, found the dinner selection limited, especially with respect to diversification. Found the dinner at Infinity to be more of what I was expecting at the Palms restaurant. I also found the dinner menu options at Bella Luna would be a consideration for those that wanted something different.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Palms is beautiful- inside and out! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The check in process is swift and smooth. The location is perfect. The food and drinks are delicious and abundant! I will definitely return!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, well manicured grounds. Outstanding spa and fitness facilities. Wonderful accommodations. Unparalleled beach with white powdered sand and turquoise water. Excellent breakfast - fresh and abundant. Well trained and very friendly staff (mostly). Peaceful and quiet. The perfect get-away vacation. If you're looking for an oasis of calm - this is the place!
Cons: A few of the staff (primarily at breakfast and in the Plunge Bar) have an attitude unbecoming of the Palms and quite apart from the majority of the staff who are excellent and work hard to make you feel very welcome.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was great, facilities were clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff were friendly. The concierge function could be improved a bit, but was adequate for our needs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The rooms were recently meticulously renovated and it shows. They were beautifully appointed - full kitchen, washer dryer and then extras like dish soap, dishwasher soap and detergent. Also had coffees and creamers, so you really could save money if you wanted to by grocery shopping and eating in. The large grocery store is within biking and walking distance (the drivers drive very fast). The pool was beautiful and the location on the beachfront was outstanding and not crowded. Excellent snorkeling right from the beach. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I'll be back!
Cons: The restaurant was so so.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great beach, great food. Great staff.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The smaller size was nice as was the beach which was great because it was not crowded because it is wider at this location. The snorkeling equipment, kayaks, standup paddle boards, and the hobie cat were fun to use also. The rooms were large and furnishings were in excellent condition. There was a nice mix of different ages and families staying here. For the most part, all employees were very nice and helpful. The reef a few hundred yards east of the hotel actually had more variety of fish than our paid snorkeling tour! We definitely enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Very little not to like. I would have preferred down pillows and different bath products but those are small improvements to make. Everything on island is expensive, but understanding that all food and goods are imported makes this understandable. The beach staff were all eager (maybe just a tad too much) to book tours and activities and asked everyday if we wanted to book parasailing or snorkeling, etc.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Beach Room
Cons: Breakfast Food Pool Transportation
Good 6.3
Pros: The staff was amazing. That was the best part of the facility. It was clean, but considering that you can go to other places for a lot less I think the value was just not there. Now when I say you can go other places for a lot less I’m talking different countries. Food is exceedingly expensive in Turks and Caico’s. People in the beach are the best part.

Pros: Nice sized resort no lineups, no saving beach chairs, great food Nice and close to airport , accommodations were ocean front Great view. Highly recommend. Good value.
Cons: Notihing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place! Restaurant on the beach! Right in Grace Bay! Beautiful views! Immaculate property! Super friendly staff! Very helpful! Language is English and US$, so easy with no worrying about those issues!
Cons: Location although it is on Grace Bay, it was far from restaurants and shopping. Everything was a short taxi away. Drivers were very friendly!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: iced cocktails, friendly staff, oysters at the canape bar when available
Cons: this stay was incredibly expensive, so there is an expectation of standards being high. There were some service issues at dinner time and whilst the food was lovely the menu of 3 starters and mains each night was repeated multiple times during our week long stay (I had lobster twice, salmon twice and beef twice, the 7th night we went to the fish fry). When there were multiple puddings, it was usually cheesecake of some type, plus key lime pie. The hotel is mainly filled by Americans and they must really like cheesecake and key lime pie!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Spitting distance to the beach, great views, and great food!
Cons: Out AC kept tripping the circuit breaker making it very humid and hot inside. Information about local attractions and times when the on premises restaurants were open was out of date. Reception apologized profusely and promised to fix these issues.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Food was very good but selection was the same everyday No where to get a snck between 4-6 Room was beautiful Snorkeling right at the beach was great
Cons: There was nothing to do after dinner
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, facility, food...beach, location. This resort gave u personal service. If there was something u needed they tried their best to get it to you...will definitely be staying here again.
Cons: Everything was absolutely Perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our “go to” TCI spot forever. Not a single complaint. I am always with my antenna up when traveling. This place made it all seamless.
Cons: I got nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location- very quiet, on the beach with assigned beach chairs 5 minute walk from Coral Gardens snorkeling, 5 minute drive at Smith's reef Facility & Staff - great attention to detail. Great food. Plenty of drinks. Beautiful, big, and homey room The sister resorts- get access to Blue Haven and Alexandria for food and events. Shuttle available. Adults Only!!!!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Sure you could nitpick but after having the best vacation of our lives, why bother
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quiet comfortable clean property. Love adults only and a la carte instead of buffet. Location is away from crowded beaches of other properties. Suites are spacious and well stocked. Would highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet.

Pros: Room was nice. Location from airport The had a shuttle to pool and beach
Cons: No eating facilities on site No pool or beach on site
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought this place might be too good to be true, but I am so beyond happy that we decided to stay at One On Marlin during our trip to Turks and Caicos. Even prior to our arrival, we received a call from Chris, the Butelier, offering shuttle service from the airport. We had already rented a car (definitely recommend it!) and so he promptly sent over directions to the hotel instead. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. We were then shown the room which was everything we could have hoped for with a kitchenette, full bathroom and TONS of storage. Each day we would come home to fresh towels for showering and for the beach. The rooms also come with a cooler and chairs for the beach. There is a light breakfast served each morning with a member of the staff present to help you select your activities for the day or to offer advice on restaurants/places to visit. Every place Chris recommended we visit was excellent! We cannot wait to return to One On Marlin for our next visit. We would highly recommend!
Cons: Random but the door to the bathroom was only effective in hiding the person using the bathroom from your eyes, not your ears.
Good 6.3
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: The location was pretty bad. Not walkable, at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Jan was very nice, always available and accommodating. I loved our room. It was perfect for us since I cook every day. The washing machine set up was perfect too. No pool on premises, but we used the one at the sister resort, which is five minutes away. Loved the beach set up -- umbrella, table, chairs and very attentive butlers offering you cold towels and cold water frequently. Breakfast every day was perfect. They bring it right to your room at whatever time you arrange.
Cons: I'm not sure how after hours works. I called twice and got no response. Luckily, neither was an emergency. The lighting was too dim for me.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bathroom toilet could be replaced. Sliding door and screen need to be replaced Great value compared to other hotels. I personally think Turks and Caicos is over priced compared to some of the other islands.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Right on the beach, and uncrowded hotel. Restaurant, which is unaffiliated with hotel, was nice with ocean views, deck and outdoor patio.
Cons: Hotel office Staff was uncommunicative and not friendly. An important phone call could not be transfered to my room phone. Onsite restaurant was independent from hotel, and you could only charge to room by giving them a credit card imprint beforehand. The pool looked sad, small, unclean and uninviting.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Hotel is literally on the Beach. Staff was very friendly and helped me locate the taxi driver that had my phone in his van because I had left it behind. My IPhone was brought to me the next morning. Honest people. The Hotel has surveillance 24/7.
Cons: All of my experience was very nice. Be ready to spend money on food.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The location, right on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Beach chairs always available. Lush gardens. The restaurant Bay Bistro was delicious. Walking distance to downtown and other restaurants close by. Grace Bay Beach has beautiful clear waters and you can take wonderful long walks in either direction. Sibonne is a small charming hotel. We loved the simplicity.
Cons: I wish the in room fridge was larger.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This hotel will hands down be the best value for your money you'll ever get. It's not a super fancy, high-end resort, but it is a clean and comfortable hotel located right on the beach with an onsite pool and restaurant, ocean views and at an unbelievable price!! Our room had everything we needed, from a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, balcony with furniture, hair dyer, beach towels, etc. I would come here again in a heart beat, and in fact, we met many people who have stayed here several times over.
Cons: Towels and linens are a little worn out, but we made due.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Stacy and Dominique delightful and housekeeping amazing and thorough-sanitizing with bleach daily.
Cons: Pool took a little longer to be fixed than projected. Inattention to beach debris from restaurant orders.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location is great, close to everything.
Cons: Old and pretty run down. Staff was very unfriendly, they were terse and unhelpful unless you pleaded. There were some basics that were also taken from our room that we reported.

Pros: Location beaches
Cons: Said we had one room at checkin when we finally got key to room it was different then promised
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was always great.
Cons: Dinner restaurants don't vary their menu at all, becomes very boring after 1week! without the option of Dinners at Blue Haven and Beach House, our 16 days would not have been good!Property is
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing beaches. Very good food - enough choices. Very friendly staff. This is the best (by far) all inclusive resort in terms of alcohol selection. And, being connected to two other resorts, restaurant selection is pretty nice too.
Cons: Their water sports section is neglected.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had a great time at Alexandra Resort. The beach was just amazing(after the first two rainy days it was pure crystal clear waters) The beach - you can walk either direction. You do have to go early to get front row on the beach chairs but most days there were still few available by 11 AM. This was during New Year's Eve week so they were fully booked but I guess most people were at the pool! Better for us :) The Resorts: Alexandra Resort has two sister-resorts that you get access to as part of your All Inclusive. Beach House Turks & Caicos (make sure you check the exact name because there are lots of Beach House hotels). Thats adults only, has a very good tiki-bar/restaurant for daytime. It's about 20-25 minutes walk from on the beach, which we did pretty often since it was nice to walk anyways. They ask you to make reservations but we always found a spot at the bar or went during not busy times. This hotel was more romantic, calm... part of being adults only :) The second sister-resort is Blue Haven. Definitely not walking distance and is family friendly resort. We went for dinner so didn't really experience the daytime. The Salt Italian restaurant is by far the best restaurant we ate at in all 3 resorts. The pizzas were delicious (apparently they have 2 chefs from Italy). It was so damn good we went there twice. Steak was to die for. The resorts offer free shuttle service between all 3 resorts, which is nice however, they aren't that frequent! It worked for us because we did not mind walking to the Beach House but took the shuttle for Blue Haven. Giovanni was excellent from the front desk. Another Italian (young) guy was super nice too. They were very friendly and gave us good insights. Drinks are a bit watered down but which All-Inclusive isn't! If you tip the bartenders good (1$ each drink or $5 twice a day)and are nice to them, they are all very nice to you and will make your drinks strong :) That said, all staff were nice.
Cons: Beach House has a "fancy" restaurant - Kitchen 218. We have yet to find out whats all the hype about!!! They make you wake up 7 AM to reserve a table for that same night. They make men wear shoes, all dressed up, wait for your reserved table then to be seated at a restaurant that is at best 20% at capacity in the back with no scenery. Then for the food to show up as mediocre. Party of 4, had all different dishes and none of us were impressed or happy. Go to SALT!!!! 100times better. Ohhh and to go with the fine-dining theme they have a limited menu... which again was not impressive at all. The restaurant has a good vibe but for all the hype, not worth it. Obviously all these are part of all-inclusive so we did not care or worry of wasting our money on a fancy fine dining experience. The other "did not like" thing would be the frequency of the shuttles. And maybe that they do not offer any free transportation to downtown. You pass by it on the way to Blue Haven so why not make a stop for it too? It would be nice service. T&C has a tiny downtown but it's still nice to go and maybe even souvenir shop :) Last is the breakfast - or the buffet restaurant in general. It was just very very basic. It seems they have few vegetables in general so after few days of junk eating and such, if you want a salad, it'll have to be only ceasar! hahaha These are things we did not like, but in general our stay was great!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Grace Bay Beach is awesome, super clear beautiful water. Best swimming Beach I have been too. Food was Usually very good, If u didn't like something you could always find something else that was good. Free kayaks, SUPs, and Hobie Cats were good.
Cons: The shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during dinner service. The shuttles were very crowded and some people were left behind due to being full and had to wait till next shuttle. Rooms were a bit older
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wesley (who works at the restaurant and is the sailing instructor) and Tina (the security guard ) and others really went out of their way to make sure anything I needed was provided and that my stay there was excellent. The staff is amazing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location - beautiful beach. Loved the food options!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beach was beautiful. Had nothing to do with the resort really. That's just the way it is in that area.
Cons: Staff is not friendly at all. Food was terrible. Nothing to do in the evening. Rooms need a lot of work and renovations . While you're sitting by the pool or at the beach, no one is around to bring you a drink or anything. Very disappointed.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Major improvements in the food. Nightly entertainment on the beach deck.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Beach.
Cons: Staff, food, drinks, service.
Mediocre 2.8
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.

Cons: Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent food with healthy food options and a beautifully maintained property!

Pros: Beautiful location...friendly and helpful staff....great entertainment!
Good 7.6
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.

Pros: I liked the location of the hotel in regards to the beach. The section of the beach closest to the hotel was very private.
Cons: 1. Only 10% of the TV channels worked. 2. There wasn't any dish soap/sponge provided. 3. The dishes were in the clean drawer yet they still had old food on them. 4. Upon first arrival into the room the sheets had large stains on them. 5. There was minimal staff to attend to guests. There is only one person at the reception desk at all times. 6. The reception desk was difficult to find, there should be larger signs as well as more signage directing guests. 7. Laundry detergent and fabric softener was not provided 8. The only way to contact receptionist for anything was to walk down a few flights of steps and goto the reception office. 9. There is no elevator on the property. I was lucky to have minimal luggage. 10. The shower was extremely hot even after turning the knob down to cold.

Pros: This property was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to nearby attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the property and nearby places to eat. The beach is within walking distance including a well known snorkel spot- smiths reef. I would recommend renting a car while staying here, although there are many things in walking distance and most tours will pick you up from here, it was nice to have to get around and explore on your own. The value of staying in the condo was worthwhile- it was clean and comfortable. I liked the ability to cook food and wash laundry. Parking and wifi were free. Beach towels were provided. This particular property is located at the top with stunning views. The stretches of beach are easily walkable. We were able to walk from our part of the beach to one end of grace bay but we have an active and fit lifestyle. highly recommended for family and friends. Would definitely consider staying again.

Pros: Great value. Nice view of the Marina. Car rental next door, recommended as beach and shopping area a 10 min drive. Still comes out half the cost of the Grace Bay resorts. Just drve to the beach access parking area and plop down on the beach next to the folks paying more than twice the price. The Turtle Cove Inn is budget, but comfortable. Walking distance to many Turtle Cove restaurants which are all very good.Folks take taxis from the Grace Bay resorts to eat here. Do take the time to drive down to Long Bay beach. No signs but look for kite surfers near the Shore Club development, park and walk down to a beautiful secluded beach.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, just be prepared, food is very expensive in TCI. Everything is imported. I went to the IGA and got stuff to eat in the room. There is a small fridge. And if you get a take out meal it will stay warm in the car for hours if you park in the sun with the windows shut.

Pros: Arrived late afternoon on a recent Saturday. Directions were a little difficult even with a GPS because of its location. The road leading to the place was in disarray but I'm not complaining about that. Once I arrived, there were 2 large dogs barking and no one near to get information. My wife wondered around and knocked on another adjacent apartment. The renter came out startled after a few minutes and walked us towards our unit. He looked around and found the key. He mentioned he was also a tenant and was helpful and kind. Inside we turned on the fans, since it was the only source of ventilation. Came across 3 giant roaches during the length of my stay, which was 1 night. I'm not picky at all but the things you see in the pictures such as Jacuzzi and pool, were inoperable. The pool was dirty and my daughter forced me to clean it so we could get in for a few minutes, which I did. We didn't really stayed in the unit since we wondered the island. The next day at checkout my credit card had a late penalty fee of $90 pending. I have an email confirmation with kayak of check out being at 1pm. Yet they're trying to charge me $45 per hour for a supposed check out time of 11am. That's been my experience with this booking. I never saw another human in the premises at all, yet they're claiming they tried to reach me. I'm currently emailing my credit card company and kayak to resolve the matter. Save yourselves, go somewhere else.
Cons: Cleanliness, location, amenities, fictitious charges.
