Ice machines were not available. You could get ice from the front desk only. Only vending for drinks was on the first floor.

Pros (+) The back patio to the stream was very relaxing. Location was great.
Cons (-) There was no dresser to put clothes on which I found strange. Also, there weren't enough sheets on the bed for winter. No comforter. There was BARELY enough parking for everyone.

Pros (+) Pretty nice hotel for the price I paid. I expected it to be cheaper looking. Which, I was ok with knowing I'd be spending little time in my room.
Cons (-) I know not to expect anything decent from a continental breakfast but the appeal at staying at Ramada over one of the many independent inn's and motels in Maggie Valley was the breakfast. However, it was indeed terrible- I want eggs and bacon and ample fruit. The coffee wasn't even labeled decaf or not.
