8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing, stylish hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is fabulous. It's located in the city, on the hill so you have the most beautiful views of Alanya. The staff is lovely and very attentive and always there whenever you need anything. Breakfast is delicious and they always would prepare something extra on the spot for you. Rooms are really comfy, especially the bed and from your balcony you have the whole city under your feet. They have a cute dog, so if you a pet lover, that's definitely a place for you to stay. Cleopatra Beach is literally 4 min walk from the property.
Cons: Everything was perfect! Nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relax
Cons: No thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely family run hotel, all staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Superb value for money, central location, views from panoramic apartments stunning.
Cons: The steep hill but short and sharp and taxis plentiful & cheap if needed.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The are outside and a pool are really nice
Cons: Was very bad food, room. My bathroom was like after war, full of hair in the shower sink, very dirty cabin and walls. I lived like that all week and nobody cleaned the bathroom. And if you need any assist, if you have questions, no one will help, it's just impossible to find someone on reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The drinks and the pepper steak was very good. And the dancers and the entertainment was super!!!
Cons: The only problem is the way up to the hotel. Maybe a bigger sign would be good since our taxi didnt find the hotel.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was delicious and there was a lot of variety every day. Meals even exceeded my expectations. The overall ambience of the hotel is lovely. The spa services downstairs are provided by Balinese women which was nice. Hammam and sauna were great and seemed to be clean.
Cons: The hotel ranks five stars but there were few things which weren’t according to international five star standards: no toiletries such as shampoo, tooth brush etc in the bathroom. The bed was fine but the bedding (pillow and the cover) were not the best quality which you would again expect in a five star hotel. They were not bad but I would not give full five stars. Most of the staff were friendly but some could improve their customer service skills into the five star standards. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would visit the hotel again. Be aware, there is a big road in front of the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean hotel, lovely food and nice rooms
Cons: Location is a taxi ride from the main strip, not walking distance. The bed has a memory foam topper making it uncomfortably warm and way too soft.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner and service over all. Thank you for everybody in hotel, who made our holiday so nice.
Cons: Beds were far too soft, that is the only thing I would change. There were not good for sleeping or relaxing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has it all for those of us who have reduced mobility. I received a disabled friendly room with a wide entry door, a fully accessible bathroom and even a ramp onto the balcony. This was situated on the first floor accessed via a lift from reception but was also the same floor as the buffet restaurant so ideally placed. The restaurant was great with a wide choice of hot and cold food for all and the service was great all the staff very friendly and helpful even reserving us a table at every meal that was ideal for access but not in others way. The private beach was fully accessible as it was boarded and had a subbed specifically for wheelchair users that was higher than normal. The patisserie/ coffee bar was a wonderful place to relax after a hard day shopping and sunbathing with lots of variety on offer again. The hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes from the shops again all accessible in a wheelchair. A lovely place to stay we will hopefully be back soon.
Cons: On arrival at 1am there was no food or drink on offer , so after a 11 hour journey we were a bit disappointed that an all inclusive property had no provision for late arrivals for a sandwich also on the day of departure there was no facility for something to eat as we were leaving at 6:30 and the restaurant didn’t open until 7 but this is just a small point as being diabetic I keep plenty of bits to hand to nibble just in case and perhaps it would be different in peak season?
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Drinks including wine and cocktails awful. Food was same every day
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect in the hotel from rooms, food, fitness center , spa I would like to visit again
Cons: I believe the hotel is a bit far for the city center but it is not a big issue because you will really enjoy the stay. I recommend that they can more activities and entertainment team so they can connect people together
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever met! Everyone was really nice and helpful from the day we arrived. We tried the turkish bath (hamam) right away, and it was amazing. Our balcony had the view of the pool and the sea. The beach is only a couple of steps away using the tunnel, and you get to lay out on the pier on the sunbeds. They have a snack bar with turkish and international foods, but only until 4pm, and dinner starts at 7pm, so you need to be careful a out when you have the last meal before dinner. We visited Alanya one night, it is a short taxi ride away or you can use the bus that stops right in front of the hotel. On Thursday they had a market outside taking up at least 3 streets, it was a really good experience! They have themed nights, and I especially enjoyed the one with the DJ, who even played his music during the day to set the mood. I tired water aerobics and the HIIT training also, with a super nice trainer.
Cons: The selection of meats is not the best. There was always either chicken or turkey and beef, but only 2 dishes. There were way more vegetarian dishes than ones with meat in them. Would have been nice to have a better selection. The drinks that are included in the all inclusive package are turkish vodkas and whiskeys which were not the best. If you want something they import (e.g. Jack Daniel’s) you have to pay for that. 1 dinner in the á la carte restaurant is included, and it didn’t mean you get to choose from the menu. They serve you a 5 course meal, and you get to choose the main dish you want to have (either chicken or beef). It turned out to be really delicious, but was a bit confusing.

7.9 Good
Pros: Great buffet - so many freshly made dishes, nice and helpfull staff, the beach area is nice, the hotel is located next to the beach in a very safe area,
Cons: It didnt seem like a 5-star hotel - more like a 4-star. At some point the buffet was very crowded and waiting for the elevators took forever. The pool area was not that big and the cleaning when there is so many people could have been better.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, on the beach and great for evening walks with the hustle and bustle that bring a very vibrant atmosphere. Great for kids with plenty of activities and a cinema
Cons: I wish the swimming pool was bigger as sometimes it was a struggle to find sun beds
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel looked nice, the room was big and the staff from the reception was very kind and helpful.
Cons: The room was not regularly cleaned, and the bathroom was quite dirty because it wasn't cleaned almost at all. The beach was also not on par with what you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. The quality of the food reminded me of what you would get at a canteen.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the hotel. It’s great both for kids and adults. Next time in Alanya I would like to stay there as well.
Cons: Some dishes in the restaurant were not clean. Room cleaning was also not that great but in general was ok. So if you’re a tidiness freak be aware of the fact. For other normal people - welcome to Asia Beach. What’s more, we ordered transfer in the hotel and a driver came in a terrible old car - much worse than we could get a usual taxi. We had prepaid in the hotel but after the ride the driver said “Money!”. And thanks god I had the receipt for transfer, because I understood that the driver expected me to pay.
5.4 Okay
Pros: 1- Access of the beach 2- events, especially the organizer talks English and Russian very well 3- Mr.Jabar (beach lifeguard) 4- Respective IT manager
Cons: 1- Night shift Manager who told us get out of our hotel, it’s not my business to find you parking. 2- worst dealing with guests. 3- Varieties of food is
7.9 Good
Pros: Rooms Super, Friendly Staff/Reception Choice of Food First Class
Cons: Poor WiFi in Rooms Beach & Pool Overcrowded Have to be up early even to get 1/2 beds
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The resort was perfect and front of the beach it has too many things you can do out there. the food is good. I'm really satisfied. except one thing which is the noisy but it's ok because the resort full with families so the children make noise all the time.
5.8 Okay
Pros: We booked a familyroom with playstation for the kids, but when we arrived the room wasn’t available so we got a suite which was spacious and had a good view.
Cons: We didn’t get wristbracelets when we arrived, so the staff kept bothering us about them. We finally got them after we were there for 3 days already. There is almost no supervision at the pool with the waterslides. Kids keep swimming in front of the slides which is very dangerous. The food at the restaurant is the same almost every day, except for the Turkish night. The softdrinks taste horrid. The hotel is orientated on foreign guests, not very welcome for Turkish people.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The fact that I paid 210 euro more then my Friends who accompanied us and for whom I Reserved three days after my own reservation and It was much cheaper. I really don’t understand especially that I was promised a refund of 290 eu that didn’t been paid

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, from the food and drinks, to some of its' familiar staff. The location is superb, almost can't beat it. This August (2019) was our second visit - and will be returning again for our next vacation in Alanya!
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice, close to the beach (sandy beach, yet the sand looked rather like small rocks than actual sand), clean, large variety of food options for all meals.
Cons: It is not acceptable for a 4*hotel to not have alternative food for people which cannot eat pepper and hot chilly. Except for the breakfast, all the drinks had to be paid separately (including the water).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was perfect Staff was helpful
Cons: The view was not in full sea side as expected, though we can still view the sea. No iron, coffee machine or boiler.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Restaurants menu. Five days no fish for dinner. Any fish. Zero.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was my 5th stay in this hotel, so I will repeat my remarks. The location is perfect. I love the spa - it's really clean, the staff can modify the program if the client wants, and the price is OK. The hairdresser is in building C, and they are also friendly, professional and the prices are good. The hotel staff is not obtrusive, they are really helpful. The cleaning staff is professional and they clean the rooms every day. The air conditioner, Wi-Fi and TV work really well. The meals are really tasty, especially the desserts. They serve delicious coffee.
Cons: Certain rooms in building A have a wonderful view over the sea, but at the same time the noise from the street and cafes comes to the room, which lasts till late night hours. Because of a huge number of tourists this summer there were sometimes problems in the restaurant - it was not easy for a single person to find a small table. What's more, waiters tried to work fast in such conditions, and some of them didn't care much if the guest has finished the meal or not, they took plates and cutlery too early, almost from the guest's hand, which I consider rude.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel location is perfect, the room was very nice and clean. The staff was kind and professional. The beach which belongs to the hotel is excellent. I really recommended this hotel for everyone. Next summer we will go there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, peaceful, good location, fresh and tasty food
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is good
Cons: This was not my first time but the hotel changes negatively. Towels were not clean. Receptionists have the credit card information. They can charge extras with room numbers, that’s fair. However, my room number and the number on my wristband are different. You can say your room number or show your wristband. I expected clean towels and those kinds of small details with that price. Be careful and check your credit card.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel to spend vacations with your family or friends. Picturesque location on the top of a hill will take your breath away. Terrain kind of divide hotel areas in three: water park area is most suitable for the families with kids, pool area by the main building for those who wants to be entertained and beach at the sea accommodate both. Animation program for kids is excellent, basically, if desired you can leave your kids with animators almost for entire day. Variety of food is very good. Major advantage: enough sunbeds for everyone:)
Cons: Hotel might constitute a challenge for those coming with very small kids because of entertainment and living spaces are on the different levels and would encompass covering lots of stairs. Gym could be bigger and better equipped.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff on the main were very good and friendly and location was super as well as the shows put on at the amphitheatre.
Cons: Had to go to spa to get towels when they ought to be available at pool sides. Hotel is old and needs to be updated for value. Unfortunately the quality of alcohol left a lot to be desired.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay there. I surely recommend it. The view is amazing, the food is tasty and varied. the location is good and you can access to Alanya city by bus which stops every 5mn at the hotel entrance. Different pools for adults, kids, aquapark, beach.... You can choose The rooms are well cleaned and comfortable with nice views. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: They can work more on night shows and make it suitable for families with kids and not only adults. And try to speak English as well in shows and not only Russian. A lot of stairs, it is a little bit difficult for Olds or parents with babies and strollers to move around.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful view of sea. Good buffet included meals. Good pool, beach and water park. The main buildingbiscbeautiful with good facalities.
Cons: Staff generally not friendly with some exceptions in restaurants. Not many smile with very few thank you’s.” Spa was poor compared to others used. While drinks were included they were very week in alcohol compared with those in the not included restaurants which were very nice. AC in one room wasn’t working and 3 notices to front desk failed to correct situation. Very poor service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and room views
Cons: Lack of small details in the rooms like dental kits, napkins and shaving sets. Internet coverage is not good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Facilities, view unbelievable,, easy access ,, good service
Cons: Not all food delicious , they need to take care more

7.1 Good
Pros: Food
Cons: The darkness in corridors and halls
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean friendly staff excellent food, Must try spa facilities it was so professional For January the weather was atrocious but the hotel was in a fab position
Cons: Heating didn’t work but the staff sorted the problem immediately Only bad thing was there was a fork in the head board and we was to afraid to move it
5.0 Okay
Pros: Air con worked fine.....
Cons: The room was horrible. Looked like they were choosing paint colours as the was a big number 1 painted on the wall. Paint matching probably. They are well away of the flight times to various UK destinations, also away that most UK networks don't allow turkey in any packages and so to communicate back home you need Wi-Fi.... well at the point of checkout they shut it off on you. Charming. The Wi-Fi was terrible anyway but on the last day wjen your just triple checking things it's a bit off compared to other places I've been. Food was average at best. This is nothing more than an average 3 star hotel. Not the most helpful of customer services. But a few of the chaps working in bars were really good and helpful. But overall this is too exoensive for what it is. There are better and there are worse. This is just my own personal opinion.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The worst service, the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. They really need to improve to be more polite to their clients. I have many negative things to say but I hope they will improve in the future
10.0 Excellent
Pros: i like location of hotel

5.0 Okay
Pros: So old and bad
Cons: Everything , room service is bad , hotel facilities not up to five stars , food is moderate
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: With regard to all that was wrong with this hotel, its almost as if the kitchen staff were of a completely different planet. The kitchen staff were very friendly and kind whenever they could be. Although, I'm not sure why the Russian population seem to find that if they do not fill a four-seated table with food for one or two people, then they will inevitably go hungry; surely there's no need to have five or six plates piled with food covering the table!! Especially when half of it goes in the bin!!! That being said, the food, what we had, was delicious and very tasty. Anything else I did like about my stay, was outside of the hotel - so they couldn't ruin my entire holiday. I suppose people should read that the hotel is bad, but not the area or the local people.
Cons: Funny story. From being made to feel like a fugitive or criminal to being forced to prove our identity to the guards before being able to enter the grounds of the property. Yeah I'd say the hotel isn't the best. The atmosphere is awful, like a hot weather Big Brother house, but there's no prize money, no joking or laughing and inevitably no point in being there. The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, honestly the right hand doesn't talk to the other. Pascal, I'd read about on previous reviews has been helpful before, however when I explained that the reception staff were threatening me as they believed I hadn't paid enough money for my stay, tried to help the night after we arrived. I saw Pascal the next again morning and asked if everything had been sorted, and he didn't have a clue, his words were "What's wrong? Are you okay?" I was horrified, because I'd hardly had any sleep due to panicking about whether we'd be on the streets and the staff had already had me in tears over the whole payment issue. My description of the hotel is probably summed up in three words, unwelcoming, unaccommodating and clueless. The environment of the hotel, and the way the staff treated me and my family completely ruined our first impressions of Turkey - my son and his partner were staying at "another hotel" along the road and we paid extra to stay there throughout the day meaning we were only unfortunately sleeping in this place, and eating a few meals. I wish I could mention that hotel here as that is the true Turkish welcoming, friendly and hospitable way of Turkey. Needless to say, there will be no chance we would be returning - I wouldn't even suggest this hotel to my worst enemy nor my evil ex-husband, so that should put it in perspective.

5.0 Okay
Pros: very polite staff
Cons: Cleopatra Beach is far away, only public beach it's close , but the quality of this beach is very bad,so if you want a good quality of a beach you have to walk one hour .Not so much food variety and you can drink only water because juice it sucks.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money and great location, abit dated but if you are spending most your time out and about it’s great. It was my birthday when I was there and the reception sent me a little bottle of wine and a fruit basket to my room which was a lovely gesture.
Cons: The air conditioning needs renewing, it’s pretty much just a fan at this point.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful- especially hacel and ahmet
Cons: Had to pay extra money for WiFi and air conditioning per night
5.4 Okay
Pros: Near the town center
Cons: Beds, mattress uncomfortable Internet you have to pay Shower (no soap etc) Air conditioner you have to pay
7.1 Good
Pros: Rooms are really spacious and clean. They are cleaned daily from the staff. The pool is also very clean and refreshing and quite deep but a bit small. There is tennis table and pool table which is charged extra. Most of the staff in the restaurant is really polite and nice to have a chat with. The hotel is in a close proximity to the beach which was also nice.
Cons: Rules for everything are too strict. Pool starts at 10:00 and ends at 18:00 for example and you are not allowed to break them. There was no washing machine. Wifi and air conditioning is charged extra and wifi is reaaaaalllyyy bad. I had to work during my stay and could not do it from my room so I had to go to the inside restaurant, which was really hot. Also mostly the meat in the all inclusive is just chicken and no beef.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice staff, quiet hotel.
Cons: Internet costs 2e per day, but it doesnt work in the second building, unless you are on the balcony... Little or no meat on buffet. Everything costs extra, internet, drinks, air condition ect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was adequate, Location was ideal.
Cons: The hotel is dated but you couldn't fault the staff ,very friendly and approachable.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: NO ME GUSTA NADA . EXCEPT THE GIRL AT THE RECEPTION AND MR. AHMED IN THE RECEPTION NIGHT SHEFT, ONLY THESE TWO PEOPLE ARE GOOD IN THIS TERRIBLE APART HOTEL.
Cons: THEY ASK TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING FOR WIFI, SAFE BOX, AC, EVEN FOR SOAP AND SHAMPOO FOR WASHING AT BATHROOM, I WENT TO BUY SHAMPOO AND SHOWER GEL FOR US. THE TOWELS AND BED SHEETS WERE TEARED OFF, OLD STUFF, THE CLEANING TERRIBLE SPECIALLY THE BATHROOM. THEY CONSIDER THEY HAVE 4 STARS THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED NOT EVEN FOR ONE STAR. AFTER LONG TRIP FROM BARCELONA TO ISTANBUL THEN TO ANTALYA THEN TO ALANYA WE LEFT HOME AT 01:00 AM ON 17TH ALL THE NIGHT AND DAY TRAVELLING THEN YOU ARRIVE TO THE HOTEL TO FIND THIS HOTEL. I HAVE BEEN BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I FACE THIS SITUATION. Pros: The staff were amazing and super nice! A very clean hotel with a cute terrace with sun all day. The pool on the other hand is located in a shady area but the beach is only 5 minute walk away and it was the most beautiful beach I have seen in a long time. The location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to food, 24/7 shops and spa.
Cons: The only thing I disliked was the bed cover. It was blanket like, i'm used to fluffy bed covers at hotels. I did stay at another hotel in Antalya and I noticed the same bed blanket cover... Maybe it's a Turkish thing?

Pros: The apartment was big and comfortable. 200 meters away from Kleopatra Beach. Busy area with tourists.
Cons: Some lights in the room didn't work

Pros: Great and lovely place to stay! This hotel completely met our expectations. We stayed for 6 days and do not have anything bad to say about the hotel. The accommodation was very comfortable for two persons. The room service was amazing. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly, always were ready to quiсkly fulfill our requests. Beach is very close to the hotel, around 5 minutes walk away. Cafes, restaurants, and the "Migros" supermarket within walking distance. If we go to Alanya, we will certainly stay here!
Cons: everything was amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. Near to the beach, to the cabin car, to Ataturk Ave., and if you like to go to clubs, etc. you have to walk just 20 mins. All the staffs were too polite and helping. If I want to see Alanya again, I'll stay in this hotel for sure.
Cons: The WIFI signal of the hotel was terrible. I couldn't use it at all. There were no tea or coffee in our room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Location was very nice and close to the beach! The staff gave very good recommendations and the room was well kept and clean
Cons: Staff could be nicer but that did not affect my experience in the stay at all. Also, the extra bed mattress (sofa bed) was not really comfortable compared to the bed, they could choose something better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean, fantastic breakfast. All in all a perfect place to stay. We would love to come back.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
