would stay again
Receptionists were very helpful, restaurant had great food and service, room was very clean. We had noisy next door neighbours, but when we called reception to report the noise, it was sorted out very quickly.
That smoking is allowed in every area of the restaurant. We had a 6 week old baby and were disappointed to learn that there wasn't a designated non smoking area. No stairs from the basement car park - only a lift. Even reception confirmed there are no stairs. My wife doesn't like lifts and any how shouldn't there be stairs in case of a fire?
The staff were very helpful and they allowed me to leave my car in the car park longer so I could visit the castle.
The duvets were to small for the beds.
Located on the main street so very handy for centre.
No air conditioning and was very hot whilst there. My room was on the side of the main road so I was unable to leave windows open due to traffic noise. The main door is locked at 11pm so security have to let you in after then.
wonderfully convenient for Malbork castle, tourist train and walking area. parking and lift were also good, internet fast too! Nice to come somewhere that everything is as documented.
our room a bit small - friends had better
Other than the Castle, there is very little to see or do in Malbork. If interested in seeing the Castle, recommend staying in Gdansk and doing just a day trip to Malbork.
close to the train station and the castle.
it felt very hot in the room (we stayed in August), we did no tlike the surroundings (busy road).
Spacious room (tripple); good service; OK location for exploration of Malbork and its showplace (the castle); acceptable choice at breakfast.
Hotel is situated at the very end of the main (?) street of the Old Town, close to the busy transport route: that makes it very easy to find, if you are coming by car, however that also contributes to noise at night
Location; room (enough space for 2 adults and 2 children); food
the location and the value for money. the restaurant was also excellent.
the hotel rooms could have a fridge.
