Pros (+) Cleanliness and location. Note this is an adult only hotel. They have par 3 on their property, shuffle board, tennis courts and two pools. I believe there is a small gym but we didn't see it. Very quiet motel but there is a restaurant/bar that is a 3 minute walk from the hotel which is super convenient.
