Pros (+) Rooms were clean and employees were friendly. Location was great for the purpose of our visit.
Cons (-) One of the 2 rooms I booked had a TV that was not working. The management attempted to have it fixed, but were unsuccessful. They wanted to move us to another room, but it was 11pm by that time and we declined. I was surprised to find out the next morning that the Americinn in Mankato told us since we booked through a third party they were unable to offer us anything for our inconvenience and we w...

Pros (+) It was a great stay. Thank you so much! Your staff did wonderful. The room and pool were both excellent and the. Breakfast was the best I've ate in a hotel.
