Pros (+) Location and value are the best aspects of this establishment. The staff was friendly also.
Cons (-) The floors in the room were dirty. Walk across them with wet feet and the bottom of your feet would be black. It seems like they vacuum regularly, but not mop.

Pros (+) Rooms were updated with good wifi. TV was good. Shower was great. Pool was very good. Gulfside view was great from beach area.location in middle of Marathon is very convenient
Cons (-) No comfortable chairs. Pool, though large, was shared with Marina guests and adjacent Beach Club guests...may have to walk a ways to pool or Beach area. Not a beach that you can swim at.

Pros (+) Location was nice water view was pretty. Rooms were clean, but the floors were dirty. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Well it's been 2 weeks and since the "system was down" at checkout I was informed my receipt would be emailed to me. Still waiting. Tiki bar was very limited beer and wine and closed at 6:30pm.
