The lady at the front desk (the owner I presume) was very kind even our english was'nt the best option. The atmosphere in the center of Marbella. Even the very narrow streets :)
The (private) bathroom on the hall.

The family the run at the Hostal were very helpful and kind and it was very central for my needs.
The rooms are very basic, no bedside light for reading, no plugs in sinks, very small showers and in my case 1 small window that did not open and looked out onto an internal corridor, not worth the 40€ a night cost when you can stay at a good hotel for the same price.
