Location
The parking was terrible. There was no place to stop and register to sign in. One spot in front of the hotel was always full with vehicles, motor cycle to delivery truck. Terrible for parking and unloading your suitcases. The parking was 5 minutes away and walking with your luggage on the roads/ side walk was not good after a day on the road to get there.

Smell of smoke inside corridors - the smoking area next to breakfast room means it enters everywhere Rooms are quite cold

Perfect location between centre of old town and beachfront. Breakfast was very reasonable, nice selection of fresh fruit and cold meats. Unfortunately cooked breakfast was all cold when I ate it.
Room was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. Mattress felt like it may have had a plastic sheet on it. I think there are refurbished rooms available.
