Cons (-) Only one king bed available next to the noisey elevator. Clerk was not nice !!!
Pros (+) Our suite was on the 9th floor this stay We've been on the 6th and 7th floors previously. We were there for 4 nights. The view was great from up there. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper was very nice.
Cons (-) Same issues are still present with the valet. First you arrive and no one helps you with luggage. I pulled up, opened the trunk and started grabbing some of the stuff inside the car. Three guys were standing over by the valet desk, not one moved. I got all our luggage out and set it on the curb. Then I waited a minute, no one moved. When I arrived there were three of them standing around chatting. I waited a minute by my car door and then had to go over and break up the conversation just to get them to take my keys. Pros (+) It was right across from the marina. A beautiful setting. Convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it.
