Pros:Our suite was on the 9th floor this stay We've been on the 6th and 7th floors previously. We were there for 4 nights. The view was great from up there. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper was very nice.
Cons:Same issues are still present with the valet. First you arrive and no one helps you with luggage. I pulled up, opened the trunk and started grabbing some of the stuff inside the car. Three guys were standing over by the valet desk, not one moved. I got all our luggage out and set it on the curb. Then I waited a minute, no one moved. I then had to walk over and tell them I am here to check in, can you take my car? I was the only guest out there at about midnight. No one offered to help with the bags. When the valet finally took my car key and looked over at our four bags, he offered to let me use the luggage cart. I was already headed in the lobby so I declined. This lack of attention was similar to when I would either pull in or ask for my car. Slow and a lack of attention. This is the same experience I have had on all three stays, hope it will improve one day because everything else was great.

Pros:Location is good.
Cons:The staff, especially the valet staff were not very good. Every time I either pulled up or asked for my car I got indifference or an attitude. When I arrived there were three of them standing around chatting. I waited a minute by my car door and then had to go over and break up the conversation just to get them to take my keys. This happened twice. It's unusual to pull up to a valet and track them down to get your car parked. Especially when you find them doing nothing. No one offered to help us with our bags when we checked in. A family of four we had five suitcases. I choose this hotel over others in the marina because they have a Tesla charger.During my stay last year, they were very good about plugging my car in. Since it's a valet only hotel you have to rely on them to do it. When I asked them on arrival to plug my car in, they said sure, right away. Of course after I got my car brought up and it was drained almost completely. The annoying part was when I brought this up, he shrugged and said Oh, sorry as he walked away and he was the manager. When I went to check out I called to have my car brought up. When I got downstairs a few mins later, the guy with my key was nowhere to be found. I had to track him down while my family waited with the suitcases by the car. 5 mins later he reappeared. His coworkers did nothing to help locate him.

Cons:I will be writing a broader follow up on yelp and other review sites. I have never wanted to share how poor of an experience I had somewhere as I do with this hotel. From waiting 4 hrs in the lobby for our room to be ready, to finding a womans underwear under the pillow of our pullout couch, to unthawed potatoes in our overpriced breakfast, to the rude Managers on site, there was nothing good about this experience.

Pros:It was right across from the marina. A beautiful setting. Convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend it.

Cons:Rooms and interiors of the halls were old, carpet is definitely old, and the lounge for elite members is tiny (cramped seating). Really small outdoor pool.
