Set in Grant County along the Mississinewa River, the SureStay by Best Western Marion sits in Marion, Indiana, where a slower pace meets a surprising depth of history. Marion claims a genuine slice of Hollywood lore as the birthplace of James Dean, remembered today at the James Dean Gallery and a quiet memorial downtown. The Quilters Hall of Fame fills the ornate Webster House with a celebrated collection, Matter Park spreads along the river with gardens and trails, and the Mississinewa Riverwalk invites an easy stroll. A short drive reaches Mississinewa Lake for fishing and kayaking on quiet open water. Spacious suites include a seating area, workspace, microwave, and refrigerator, and an indoor heated pool and fitness center round out the stay. A full hot breakfast opens the morning. Indiana Wesleyan University sits nearby and history waits at every turn, the kind of place Marion rewards with a closer look.

Nice size room, larger bathroom. Linens were nice. The clerk at checkin was very nice. They had water and some light snacks out for checkin which was very nice. Breakfast could use some improvement. Pros (+) Amenities were great and breakfast offered a nice assortment.
Cons (-) I could often hear conversations in the next room. It wasn’t bad and I’m not sure how u fix that.
