Bed very comfortable
Main problem was the bathroom. Freezing cold and the supposedly heated towel rail did not work. Reported and the lady from reception could not get it to work either. I decided to wait until the morning to get it fixed as I needed to get to bed after a long drive. Next morning - shower did not work at all, reported and got somebody to come to fix it after 45 min. Had to fix new shower head.after that found that one of the water 'knobs' kept falling off and then managed to scald myself, obviously no hot water safety cut off. Towel rail still not fixed!!How can a room be let in that state?Di

Great location. Big rooms. Fab breakfast. Free parking. If arriving after reception closed or if key card not working then a bit of a potential problem which other guests had on the Saturday night when trying to check in / their key card wouldn’t work. That aside, we had an amazing stay. Thank you
Breakfast times were a tad early . Rooms do need a coat hook as no where to hang coats.
