Personal guidance to points of interest, pickup once lost in the Médina, free mobile phones for navigation, daily laundry for free included, fresh mint tea all over the day ....”

“The Boutique style of the Riad, with inner courtyards, plunge pools coupled with roof top terraces for relaxing in the sun and eating were exceptional. The suite/ room design and decor were perfect, traditional but modern in keeping with the style of building, and extremely comfortable, well furnished and well maintained. The restaurant served traditional breakfast, either on the roof terrace or the restaurant, the food was excellent and the quantity was substantial. Dinner was even better, the resident chef produces imaginative and tasty dishes - it can compete with the best restaurants in the city, and the portions are substantial. But the key ingredient to the success of this Riad are the staff, the personal attention and service is par excellence, as it is a small boutique hotel, it was very personal contact and you knew all of them, and you felt that really you were staying in a home with a family. It was a tranquil relaxing and calm spot within the bustle of the Medina, you would never know that you were in the heart of the old city.”

“This was definitely the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in made exceptional by the staff who where charming and attentive to our every need. The little touches eg- escorting is to our destinations and the mobile phone provided to rescue us when we got lost in the Souks, all gave us the confidence to enjoy this fabulous city. A special mention for Elena for whom nothing was too much trouble.(Thank you so much for the surprise birthday cake). Every day on our return we were greeted with refreshments and time for a chat about our day. This really is 5 star + and I would highly recommend a visit.”
