Should be renovated and modernized so as many other Ibis Budget (Le Havre, Bordeaux, Paris, Montpellier are an outstanding example). The rooms are cleaned but really need to be modernized.

Staff terrible Didnt want to speak English Tried to previously cancel for a valid reason but the hotel was not interested in the slightest in refunding the booking even though I booked the same place for the re- booked trip! Never again!!

Easy to access the train station and get into the centre of Marseille. Beds were comfy and the staff were nice. Also loved having the cold water cooler in the lobby!
