nobody at the reception when we arrived, we had to call a mobile number. We had booked an apartment and it was not available, so we had to stay in 2 rooms. No soap in the room, the sink was not working properly. The next day, nobody in the hotel except the maids to whom we paid in cash: no invoice, but a hand maid receipt ... and nobody spoke English

“Generally hotel is lovely. In traditional tyrol style. We got a bit unlucky with the room on the ground floor and it was very noisy in the early morning. Apart from that - the locations is close to Penken and main street with restaurants.”
