Staff so friendly and welcoming, food catering for Vegans and staff making dietary arrangements for us without us asking was amazing. Sitting in the pool overlooking the river was fantastic, photos do not do this place justice, it’s amazing! Would 100% stay here again if ever in Medan!

Lovely hotel outside of Medan in lush, tropical setting. Nice pool with pool-service, open air restaurant with great good selection and nice buffet breakfast. Staff are welcoming and friendly, beds allowed for a solid 13 hour good sleep after our long flight.

The grounds of this hotel are absolutely beautiful, and the bungalows have lots of European character. The staff are super friendly, helpful and attentive We only stayed one night, but I would not hesitate to book this place again. We really enjoyed our stay.

“THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL, LOCATION WAS A BIT FAR OUT, NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT.POOL WAS LOVELY.WE STAYED 9NIGHTS AND DID,NT EVEN GET APPROACHED BY MANAGMENT. I THINK THAT WAS POOR ON THERE BEHALF.”
